b	bellwood * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会津方面へ出掛けたおり、喜多方の有名店で修行された方が出されたお店と聞いて、お邪魔させて頂きました。背脂入りのこってりが人気の様ですね。今回はチャーシュー麺、豚めし、餃子を注文しました。チャーシュー麺は、スープの旨味バランスが絶妙で、モチモチツルツル麺と相性がバッチリでした。チャーシューもトロフワ系でスープをよく含んで美味しいです！チャーシューの塩味が少しあるので、麺とスープと一緒に食べると良いバランスになって最高でした。豚メシもいわゆるチャーシュー丼ですが、自分的にはチャーシューが少ないと思ったので、チャーシュー麺のチャーシューを何枚か乗せて追いチャーシューして、ネギと一緒にご飯を巻いて頂くとこれも至福！餃子ですが、香ばしい羽付きでモチモチ皮とジューシーな餡と最高の組み合わせだなぁ。といつの間にか完食してしまい、タレをつけずに全部たいらげてしまいました…。それぐらい美味しい餃子でした。かなりの人気店ですが、駐車場もあり、自分が入った時はタイミングが良く、すぐに着席出来ましたが、その後からどんどんとお客さんが来られていました。時間によってはかなり混雑が予想されます。店員さんの明るくてハキハキ丁寧な接客も大変好感が持てます！感染症対策も徹底されていて、とても気持ち良く食事ができました。ごちそうさまでした！ I went to the Aizu area, and I heard that the shop was opened by a person who trained at a famous shop in Kitakata, so I was bothered.
