★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いま流行りの進化形ラーメン屋さんではありません。どこまでもオーソドックス、かつ何を食べても高水準。しかも学生さんにうれしいセットもあったり。喜多方ラーメンのチャーシューが絶品。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主さんが暖簾を出している所で愛想のいい挨拶を頂いて入店、関さんAセット(味噌ラーメン＋半チャーハン＋餃子2個追加で餃子2個)計1000円
お水と一緒に小鉢(今回はもやしのナムル)が付いてきてちょっとお得感、味噌ラーメンでしたがあっさり目で最初薄いかな？と思いましたが食べ進める内にスープのコクを感じられ飲み干す一杯で美味しかった、麺は柔めだったので気になる方は硬めでお願いしてもいいかも。
餃子は香味野菜の風味がグッとくるお野菜餃子、好みではなかったけどこういうのもアリかな。
個人的に一番良かったのが半チャーハン！しっとりしてチャーシューがいい味出して大変美味しかった。
ただトッピングのチャーシューがセットには付けられないと言われてしまった、ラーメンに入っていたチャーシューが美味しかっただけに大変残念!

Personally, the best thing was half fried rice! It was moist and the char siu tasted good and it was very delicious.
However, it was said that the topping char siu could not be attached to the set, and it was very disappointing because the char siu in the ramen was delicious!

日曜日の昼時に利用しました。
席は空いていましたが、すぐに埋まってしまいました。地元でも人気のある飲食店のようです。
席につくと、水と、きゅうりの浅漬がサービスで提供されました。
関さんセットは、多彩な組み合わせで、ラーメンの味やチャーハン、餃子やモツ煮込みなど、気分に合わせて楽しむことができます。
醤油は、会津の郷土料金のこづゆをイメージした優しい味わいの醤油ラーメンと地元の名物喜多方ラーメンから選ぶことができます。
履き物を脱いで上がるタイプのお店です。
子供連れには小分け用の食器が提供されるなど、ファミリー層にもオススメの飲食店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西栄町通りにある喜多方ラーメンのお店です。セットがおすすめです。セットもAならばさらに、醤油か味噌かなど細かく指定できるので、信頼性ばつぐんです。お味も満足しました。個人的には、学生の頃によく通っていました。みんなで放課後とか、プールレッスンの行き帰りなんかにです。自転車の止め方が雑で、他のお客さんに注意されたっけ?。あの頃は学割がありましたが、今はなかったかな？←学生セットになってますね。
久しぶりに訪れましたが、内装も変わりました。自分も歳をとっちゃっいましたが、ラーメンの味はおんなじで、なつかしくて嬉しかったです。駐車場は店前に二台だけです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関さんの会津醤油ラーメン、味噌ラーメン、美味しかったです。この場所にお店ができて早いもので約２０年、店主の全くぶれない料理に対する姿勢に敬服です。醤油味ラーメンには、会津醤油ラーメンと喜多方ラーメンがありますが、違いは会津ラーメンは醤油だれのみ、喜多方ラーメンは醤油だれと塩だれのブレンドとなっています。この二つのラーメンの食べ比べセットもメニューにあります。ラーメンのスープは豚骨と鶏ガラベースにアゴ(トビウオ)出汁を感じる繊細なスープです。麺は曽我製麺のやや細目の中太麺で、やや柔らかめでの提供になりますが、かためのオーダーも可能です。チャーシューは、やや噛み応えを残した大きめの一枚乗せで、肉の旨味をしっかりと感じることができます。メンマはやや甘めの味付けとなっています。味噌ラーメンは、信州味噌を数種類ブレンドしており、味噌の風味がバツグンです。セットものも充実しています。おすすめです。
