最後のテーブル席に座れました。
焼き鳥丼1500円は鳥の味がどれも濃く、レバー、ハツ、正肉、つくねとすべて美味しかったです。野菜もいい焼き加減。
ただタレがくどくていまいちでした。鳥の味が本当にしっかりして美味しいので、半分は塩とわさびで出してほしいですね。
鳥スープは添加物がややくどいです。
全体としては満足です。

人形町駅の近く、「玉ひで」さんの裏手にある小さなビルの一階にある焼き鳥専門店です。運営会社は、この「やきとり お㐂樂」のほか、このビルの二階にもある和食店なども何店か、経営しているようです。店内は手前にオープンキッチンのそれを囲むL字型のカウンター席があって、その奥にはテーブル席が二卓ほどあるようです。ランチタイムのメニューは、焼鳥丼一種と親子丼二種類です。親子丼の玉ひでさんのすぐそばなので、あえて親子丼を食べるのもと思い、焼鳥丼を注文、レバーの代わりに正肉に変えて頂きました。目の前で炭火焼きされた焼鳥を串を外して丼に盛り付けてくれましたが、美味しく頂きました。焼鳥のタレがかなり甘めに感じました。美味しい焼鳥だったので、タレが少な目の方が良かったのにと思いました。値段からすると、コスパはどうかと少し思いました。

Inside the store, there is an L-shaped counter seat that surrounds it in the open kitchen in the foreground, and it seems that there are about two table seats in the back. The lunchtime menu consists of one type of yakitori bowl and two types of oyakodon. It's right next to Tamahide-san, the oyakodon, so I decided to eat the oyakodon, so I ordered the yakitori bowl and changed it to fresh meat instead of the liver. The charcoal-grilled yakitori was removed from the skewers and served on a bowl in front of me, and it was delicious. I felt the yakitori sauce was quite sweet. It was a delicious yakitori, so I thought it would have been better to have less sauce. Considering the price, I was a little wondering about cospa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人形町の玉ひですぐ近くに2018年オープンした焼き鳥屋さん、「やきとり お㐂樂」。本店は半蔵門にあるようだ。ランチタイムのメニューは「親子丼」「親子丼 極」「焼鳥丼」とシンプル。親子丼と親子丼極はどちらも普通サイズと大サイズがある。親子丼極は1日10食限定で、聞いてみたら「まだあります」ということだったのでそちらを。
店内は手前がL字のカウンター、奥にはテーブル席もあるようだが、この日はカウンターだったので詳細まではわからない。鶏スープとともに提供される親子丼 極。蓋を開けると鶏の香りがふわっと。適度に固まり一部は半熟のたまごと、上に黄身がちょこんと乗る。親子丼極には通常の京紅地鶏のムネやモモに加えて、博多地鶏のレバー、ハツ、つくねなどが追加される。味付けは少し濃い目に感じたが、ご飯と食べるとちょうどよいバランス。なかなかいいクオリティだった。
玉ひですぐ近くってことで、強気の出店だと思っていたが、こちらの親子丼も美味しいですよ。

◆間取り…入ってすぐに11席のカウンター、奥に６人テーブル×2。カウンター前に厨房。
◆運営…厨房に若い男性１人、接客に暇そうな女性のバイト１人。BGMは レイ・ブライアントなどのピアノジャズ。
◆料理…冷むぎはスダチの皮が気になるかなと思ったが、薄く切ってあるため面白い食感で食べられ、麺も硬めでしっかりしていて美味しかった。
焼鳥は専門店らしく、焼き加減も良く味わい深かった。

［2021/09/03(金)］昼食時間帯に気の合う仕事仲間と伺い、〔親子丼極み ¥1,400(税込)〕をいただきました。"極み"と銘打たれただけあって、甘味も絡みも非常にバランス良くまとめられた卵と共にいただく鷄、さらには親子丼には珍しいレバーも入っていて、普段とはかなり食感の違う親子丼の味わいです。レバーはさすが焼き鳥がポピュラーな付近のお店と感心しました。なお、レバーが苦手という方は注文の際に、その旨をお店の方に告げていただくと、正肉に変更してくださるサービスもあり。
??かなりの人気店とのことであり、時間帯のこともあって比較的並ぶのを覚悟きたほどですが、案外すっと待ち時間なしで入れました。もしかして、この界隈の穴場店？
?店内は、厨房向かいのカウンター席が8〜10席程度、奥に6人まで座れるテーブルが2卓といったこじんまりといった印象ながら、焼き鳥のお店というのに椅子、テーブル、カウンターの各種調度類から壁に至るまでたいそう綺麗で、とっても居心地が良いです✨
?丼ものが1,400円と、チェーンなどで普段から食べ慣れている感覚からすると値段だけ見ると極めて高額な印象ではあるものの、その額を払ってあまりあるほどの味を楽しめる点、さらに人気店ひしめく立地から考えるとコスパは"高い"とは思い切って言えないものの、まずまずとは思います。
?味とお店の居心地、申し分ない接客の点では欠け点は見当たらないものの、若干のコスパの面から見てさすがに満点とは言い難く、一つ欠けの⭐️4としました。また食べなくなったら行きたいと思える、何より「味自慢」のお店です。
