★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 言わずとしれた高級料亭「なだ万」だが、国内・海外を含めると30店舗以上展開している。東京だとホテルニューオータニに隣接する「山茶花荘」が有名だ。ここ日本橋なだ万は日本橋三越の新館10階にあり、比較的入りやすい雰囲気が特徴。座席もテーブル席からカウンター、そして個室まで幅広い。
この日は個室だったが、完全に仕切られているというわけではなく、上部分が空いているため店の雰囲気を感じながら、プライベートな空間になっており、（好みはわかられるが）個人的にはいい作りだと思った。
この日は旬菜膳を。旬菜が一挙に5品出てきたあとに、お吸い物、お造りと続く。吸い物はウニのしんじょにたけのこ、人参など。季節感が出ている。煮物は豚角と筍。新玉ねぎを使った卸ソースが美味い。焼き物は銀鱈の西京漬け。桜景焼は聞き慣れなかったが、大葉で包まれていた。最後に御飯。こちらは桜えびと筍の釜焚き。
デザートがいろいろチョイスできるのも面白かった。三越に買い物に行った帰りなどに是非。
 Nadaman is a high-class restaurant, but there are more than 30 stores in Japan and overseas. In Tokyo, the “Sancha Hanaso” next to Hotel New Otani is famous. Nihonbashi Nadaman is located on the 10th floor of the new building in Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, and features a relatively easy-to-enter atmosphere. The seats range from table seats to counters and private rooms.
Although it was a private room on this day, it was not completely partitioned, and the upper part was vacant, making it a private space while feeling the atmosphere of the store, although I can understand the taste. I thought it was a good creation.
On this day, seasonal vegetables. After 5 dishes of seasonal vegetables come out at once, it continues with soup and sashimi. The soup includes sea urchins, bamboo shoots and carrots. There is a sense of the season. The boiled food is pork horn and salmon. The wholesale sauce using new onions is delicious. The pottery is pickled with silver candy in Saikyo. Sakura Kageyaki was unfamiliar, but was wrapped in large leaves. Finally rice. This is a pot of cherry shrimp and strawberry.
It was interesting to be able to choose various desserts. Come on the way home from shopping for Mitsukoshi.

この日は端っこの席でしたが、スタッフさんの反応が速いので、いつも安心です。
二人ともいろどり膳（3,300円）を注文。
…上品な安定のお味。ほうれん草のおひたしに細かく裂いたスルメイカがトッピングされていて、良いアクセントになっていました（長い脚付きの器）。イカは何を使って裂くのかな？

It was a seat on the edge of the day, but the staff responded quickly, so I'm always relieved.
Both of them ordered the Irodori set (3,300 yen).
… Elegant and stable taste. The spinach was topped with finely torn Japanese flying squid, which was a nice accent (a vessel with long legs). What do you use to tear squid?

ひとりなのがちょっと残念でしたが、私は渋谷のなだ万さんより此方の方が好きです。
外の景色が見えるから、お店が明るいのかも✌
Today is the first anniversary of "Flower Salon Pretty", so I had a gorgeous lunch of "Matsutake and Conger" in Nihonbashi ~ ?
I'm a little disappointed that I'm alone, but I like this one better than Nadaman in Shibuya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ステーキ御膳食べました。目の前での鉄板ではないので油臭も気にしなく気持ちよく食べれました。丁寧な対応で満足でした。お肉も柔らかく味が少し濃いめだがわさびでさっぱり食べれました。
I ate a steak set. It wasn't an iron plate in front of me, so I could eat it comfortably without worrying about the oily smell. I was satisfied with the polite response. The meat was tender and the taste was a little strong, but I was able to eat it refreshingly with wasabi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念ながら私の口には合いませんでした。焼魚が焼き過ぎていたこと、お漬物は塩分が濃いだけのように思えた。卵焼き極々普通。
サービス料取られ、それなりの料金を払ったランチが期待した程の料理では無かった。私の期待が大き過ぎたのでしょうか、残念なお食事となってしまいました。
Unfortunately it didn't fit my taste. The grilled fish was overcooked, and the pickles seemed to be just salty. Very normal omelet.
The service fee was taken and the lunch that paid a reasonable fee was not as good as expected. Maybe my expectations were too high, and it was a disappointing meal.

懐石を注文しました。炊き込みご飯はお代わりができますが、お腹いっぱいで遠慮。

I ordered kaiseki. Takikomi gohan can be replaced, but please refrain from being full.
