麻婆豆腐定食を頼んだのですが醤油味のあんかけ豆腐で麻婆ではありません。
５００円なら我慢しますが８００円でした。損した気分。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに鶏肉と長ネギとキャベツのピリ辛味噌炒め定食800円をいただく。テーブル席がメインだが、遅い時間の訪問だったので、空いているテーブルに着席する。メニューが多くて悩んだ末注文。お茶を飲みながら待つ。先客も数名あり。
しばらくして配膳。見た目は美味しそう。ザ・定食という感じ。メイン以外は、キャベツのサラダとおしんこ、味噌汁というこちらも定番。肝心の味噌炒めは、思ったより辛めだが、味的にはにんにくがしっかり効いていて、鶏肉も絶品。肉と野菜のバランスも良く、ご飯がすすむ。ご飯と味噌汁はお代わり自由らしいが、グッと堪えて。
味噌汁はダシが足りなくてやや残念だが、メインが美味しいので問題なし。満足のランチでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人と平日の夕方、人形町界隈で一息つけるお店を探していたところ、ガラス貼りの外装から見える店内が何だか賑やかな雰囲気。これは！と思い、予備知識なしに入店しました。
案内されたテーブルはガラス貼りで水天宮通りを見渡せる絶好のポジション。店内は4人掛けテーブルが8卓くらいあり、通路も余裕のある作り。仕切りは多くないものの、それぞれの席に個室感があって居心地は悪くありませんね。祝日前で店内は大盛況でした。
〝人情酒場〟を謳っているので、割烹着を着た活きの良い女将さんでも出てくるのかと思ったら、それは空想の世界にすぎず、実際は大陸中華系のよくある粗雑な接客にショボーン。気を取り直して今夜頼んだのは
「もやしナムル」
「さんまと梅肉のフライ」
「子持ちししゃも」
「にんにく焼き」
「牛サーロイン串」
「牛タン串」
「キムチチャーハン」
「タコの唐揚げ」
「ねぎ串」
「ポテトフライ」
とアルコールなどなど。
どのメニューもお安いものの、お世辞にも美味しいとは思えないクオリティー。どれも作りたて感に乏しいメニューばかりでした。
ねぎ串など脂を使わないはずのメニューも、やたらと脂っこいのは何故なんだろう？厨房は勢い良く炎を発てているのですが、実際はレンチンばかりなのでしょうか。キムチチャーハンだけは結構旨かったかな。
ズバリ、このお店は立地だけが命で、それ以外に良いと思えるポイントはありません。お会計はメモ用紙に手書きで商品名、数量、価格が書かれたものでしたが、多分に間違いの可能性があると思いますので、会計時は要注意です。

Why is the menu such as green onion skewers not to be fat, too greasy? The kitchen is giving off a lot of flame, but is it really only lentin? I think kimchi fried rice was pretty good.
Zubari, the location of this store is the only life, there is no other point to think good. The bill was written by hand on the memo paper with the product name, quantity, and price, but I think there is a possibility of mistakes, so be careful when billing.
