★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチの馬肉ネギトロ丼を楽しみに訪問したが営業していなかった。前回14時前後に訪問し、ネタ切れでランチ営業終了と言われたので13時過ぎに訪問。ネタ切れどころか店そのものが閉まっていた。いつならやっているのか？入り口には間違いなく11時半から14時までランチ絶賛営業中と書いてあるのだが・・・

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「肉寿司」はどの店舗に行ってもおいしい。
とりわけ、人形町は店主が面白いときた。
肉のお寿司を専門で食べれるところはあまり聞かない。
寿司屋がお肉の寿司を出していることはたまにある。
肉とお米の相性が良いのは昔から知られている。
刺身として食べるお肉もあるが、お寿司にすることで日本人特有の楽しみ方ができるというもの。
今回は馬刺しは食べなかったので、次回に期待！

そこだけみたら星4なのですが男性の調理？の方？が最悪でしたね。
電話の予約の時からなんか嫌な感じだなと思っていましたが来店して食事しているときもずっと怒っている？というかなんというか…
大声でバイトの子に機嫌悪そうに指摘していたり、そういうのはお客様の見えないところでやるべきです。
彼は接客をやめたほうがいいレベルです。
せっかく美味しい物をいただいてるのに彼の機嫌の悪さ？でこちらも嫌な雰囲気のままの食事になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地方在住なのであまり見かけない「肉寿司」という文字にひかれて入りました。予約はしていませんでしたが、1階のカウンター席が空いていましたので、この日は大丈夫でした。
新名物肉ちらしを食べました、個人的には薬味はわさびよりもしょうがのほうが好みですが、肉といくらのはじめての組合せ、美味しくいただきました。
Since I live in a rural area, I was drawn to the word "meat sushi," which I rarely see. I didn't make a reservation, but the counter seats on the 1st floor were vacant, so it was okay on that day.
I ate the new specialty meat chirashizushi. Personally, I prefer ginger to wasabi, but the first combination of meat and salmon roe was delicious.
