★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都内に数店舗あるカミヤ、その本店がここ人形町 もつ焼き カミヤ。珍しく生ホッピーも置いてあります。もつ焼きも目当てだけど、この生ホッピーが目当てで訪問(^^;ラッキーなことにカウンター端の、焼き台の目の前に着席。と同時にお通しのお新香が来て、生ホッピー注文。漬物も良い漬け具合。もつ焼きの注文はは５本縛りなので、１０本の盛り合わせをお願いすると、お一人様がもつ焼き１品が掟らしく、仕方無く頼むと、１５本でもオッケーと言うことなのでそれでオーダー。その他、トマト、カレー味のポテサラ、つくね３本盛りに生ピーマンをお願いすると、つくピーねぇとの返事(^^;炭焼きなので焼き上がりも早く一気に出てきます。焼きたての串を頬張りながら生ホッピー！これ最高～～！１５本をあっという間に平らげ、美味しかったもつを再度リピート。生ホッピーが進む進む、、、(^^;な訳で明くる日は二日酔い、、、(--;)でも、また行きます！(^^)

年齢層は高めで大衆感がありながらも、キレイな店内は好印象
とにかく串物が安い
5本で400円！つまり1本80円！
これは最近だとめったにお目にかかれない安さ！
身は小ぶりだけど、味は全体的に美味しい
もつ煮込みもしっかりと煮込まれていて美味しい

質は一流！
レバー、ナンコツ、ガツ、ハツ、タン、てっぽう、塩、タレなんでも美味しい(*´～｀*)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ŧ‹"
おすすめは豚でないですが、、
皮とウズラの卵！
よく焼きの皮は塩、しかしタレも好きよ～
ウズラの卵も炭の香りがたまらない～

気に入っているお店なので、他の人の口コミ匍匐前進見ていなかったのですが、改めて見てみると、いささか不正確な情報があるので、補足・修正しておきます。

上野・新橋・新宿・浅草橋などにある「もつ焼き カミヤ」発祥のお店なので、「人形町 本店」と名乗っていますが、今は仕入れ・メニュー・味付けは、それぞれのお店が独自に行っていますので、どのお店が合っているか、ご自身で判断してください。
2 やきとんのタレが濃い
十番の「あべちゃん」のように、「タレで食べてね」と言うわけではなく、好きな部位を好きな味付けで食べていただければ構いません。聞かれれば、「タレがお勧め」と言うお返事が返ってくる部位もあります。
濃いと書いていらっしゃる方は、全部タレで食べる基準ではないので、濃いめだと感じていらっしゃるのではないかと思います。
1F カウンターは、お一人様の常連さんが多いです。(排他的ではないので、一見の方でも会話を楽しめます) テーブル席も2つあります。
2F は、2〜6人ぐらいのグループにお勧めのテーブル席です。
3Fは、混み具合に合わせて、開放するお座敷です。
