C	Chabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本橋の中央通りから一本裏手に入ってすぐの場所にある「SHANG SHANG 日本橋焼餃子」さん。この辺りには餃子屋さんが少なくちょっとだけ食べ呑み足りない時に便利なお店です。１Fに入口がありますがB1Fにもテーブル席があり外観からの想像以上に広い店内。いただいた餃子はお店で皮から手作りしているようでモチッとしていて、ジューシーな餡との相性もよく美味しかったです。カレー焼きそばもなかなかでした！ "SHANG SHANG Nihonbashi Grilled Dumplings" is located just behind Chuo-dori in Nihonbashi. There aren't many dumpling shops around here, so it's a convenient shop when you don't have enough to eat.
