正	正直者! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親が癌になり、高齢で手術の給付が出るか不安でコールセンターに電話をかけました。その方の対応が酷すぎて書き込みます。対応は事務的で、はい、という返事を被せるようにしてきて、こちらが聞いた事を単語で返すような感じで、物理的にできる事も出来ないと言い張ったり、とにかくめんどくささ丸出しで甲高いヒステリックな喋り方で、こちらは不安でいっぱいなのに酷すぎる対応でした。この人だけなのか、会社全体がそうなのかわかりませんが、とにかく酷い。対応者の名前を聞き忘れクレームも出せないのでここに記入させていただきます。これからこの会社の保険を検討してる方は病気になったり、被保険者が亡くなったりした時にこういった冷酷な対応をされるかもしれないのでご注意ください。 I made a phone call to the call center because my parents became cancer, I was worried that my age and surgery benefits will come out. さ	さち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めちゃくちゃ騙された。事前告知して保険の契約をしました。その後、手術をして給付金の手続きを保険会社に送りました。最初は入金給付金と手術給付金が出ますと電話連絡があり…いつまで経っても入金されないから電話したら出ませんって言われました。契約する前に告知したのに出ませんって意味がわからない。保険のオバサンに出ると言われたって伝えるとそのような事は言ってないって言うし、事前告知もなかったと言ってきました。そのオバサンは愛媛県の松山の保険のオバサン２人です。めちゃくちゃ嘘つきでサギグループです。この投稿を見た太陽生命の人は私を訴えても構いません。私な事実のみ投稿してます。今後、この保険会社と契約しようとする人は気をつけて下さい。本当に騙されます。 I was fooled.
