その後の本社対応も、終始こちらが言わないと当たり前のことすらしない上に、上記の件の本社調査対応者はすぐに退職したとのこと。常に逃げの姿勢の会社。
ここでの投稿を消すのはよい判断ではありません。

日にちを指定しての解約はできないと言われました。
何もしなければ、勝手に更新等を行うくせに

担当者に文句言ったら、上司まで出てきた挙句、
対応できかねますの一点張り。
最後には電話切りますと言われました。
サポートでもなんでもないですから。
非常に不愉快。
加入する場合はしっかり検討されることをお勧めします。
２０年間もこんな保険に入っていたとかぞっとします。
自分は二度と加入する気はありませんが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都の宇治営業所のおられた丸山（和田）香里と言う方が第三者の保険の契約書のサインを旦那さんに頼んでました。旦那さんは断ったのですが強制的に書かせて会社に提出。旦那さんはワザと苗字を間違えて提出したのですが再度書かせて契約を通したみたいです。
本人が契約を望んでいたとしてもキチンと会わずに他人にサインを書かせて契約を取るような会社です。この会社自体が信じられないしそんな契約の仕方で保険がおりるのか心配です。
信用が大事な会社でこのような事が行われているは大変ショックでなりません。
この問題も放置されるのでしょうが改善される事と偽造の契約書で誰も被害にあわない事を祈ります
