扉を開けてすぐ右手に券売機があります。 店内は非常に狭く、10席程です。 油そばに関しては特筆するところはないかなと。 他のラーメンなどを食べて再度星を決めたいと思います。

朝ラーからガッツリ麺を食べられる。背脂そばは背脂ギッシリ、煮干しは少し感じる程度。太めの麺もいいし、ネギも好き。

【地元の通いラーメン的に】 2021/09/27 16時15分ごろ訪問 秋田スタバ制覇して仙台へ帰るまでに時間があったので 【お店の特徴】 ・秋田でいくつか店舗のあるうちの一つのラーメン屋さんらしい ・地元高校の通学路にあるからか学生さんが寄ってらっしゃる来てらっしゃる 【煮干しラーメン】 ・¥650 ・提供までだいたい10分くらい ・スープ…煮干しなんだけど特有の苦味がほとんどない ・苦味はないけど煮干しの出汁はちゃんと感じる ・それと醤油の甘さ、逆にしょっぱさは少なめ ・小腹が空いた時や呑んだ後の締めの一杯にちょうど良い加減のスープだと思う ・麺…手揉みの中太縮れ麺、蕎麦っぽさを感じる ・麺自体が美味しい ・ただ、スープとよく絡んでいたかと言うとちと難しいところ ・なんだろうスープに油が少ないから麺への辛みが足りなく感じるのだろうか、それともあんなもんか ・とはいえ高品質なので完飲できます 【お店の雰囲気とか】 ・大曲駅すぐそば、看板も大きいから迷わない ・店外に券売機 ・食券前払い制、現金のみ ・店内10席もないかも、でもって狭い狭い ・ただ調理場と近いから作ってるところが見られる ・まー女性1人で遠慮なく入れるって感じじゃあない 【接客】 ・男は黙って的な寡黙な感じ、いらっしゃいませもない ・こっちがごちそうさまを言って初めてどうも〜と返事が来るくらい ・地元の人はそのくらいの接客が良いのかな

店内は思ったより狭く、席数が少ないからいつも混んでいたのだなと納得。 入り口で食券を買うスタイルだが、全てのメニュー画像があるわけでもないので、その場で考えていては無理で、事前に調べて何を注文するか決めておくのが良いかも。 普段なら問題ないのかもしれないが、コロナ禍における感染対策は形だけで店員は全くの未対策。 マスクは首にぶら下げて料理の目の前でマスクせず調理。 手は素手だし、客とお喋り。 今は感染者数減ってるのと、ワクチン接種で大丈夫かもしれないが、真っ只中なら間違いなくクラスターになっているだろう。 肝心のラーメンだが特製塩を頂いた。 確かに美味しいが、特筆するほどではなく何度も来たいと思うほどではなかった。 量もやや少なめ。 麺はやや固めだった。 好みの問題なので好きな人は好きだろう。

10月中旬に初めて訪れました。 駐車場はお店の斜め向かいにある有料駐車場に停めて行きました。 店舗に行き駐車券を見せると、30分の無料券を貰える仕組みになっていました。 30分とはいえ、ちゃんと無料券を用意してくれているのは有難いなと思いました。 今回は特製塩中華そばを注文。 ちゃんとしっかりとした煮干しの味もして、塩中華のさっぱり感もあり本当に美味しかった。 チャーシューも柔らかいながらも、肉の歯応えもあり味付けもちょうど良かった。 煮卵も柔らか系でしょっぱくなりがちだが、コチラもちょうど良い味で美味しい。 他の中華そばも食べてみたくなるレベルだったので、また来店したいと思う。

仕事で遅くなり夕飯を食べて帰ることに。ちょうど通りがかりに有ったラーメン屋「麺屋にぼすけ」さんへ久々に訪問してみました! 大仙市は、今や秋田県内でも人気のお店が乱立するラーメン激戦区。麺屋にぼすけさんは、その中でも一二を争う人気店の一つ。 実は、初訪問時に食べてあまりにも煮干感がキツく、私的には少々苦手な味でした。なので、それ以来敬遠してきたんですよね( ̄▽ ̄;) しかし、それから10年近く経ってますし、人気は更にうなぎ上りの様子。これは再度食べてみなければ!と思い、二度目の訪問となった次第です。 メニューは、中華そば・背脂極太麺・辛&濃豚・汁なし・G系・つけ麺の基本5種類。辛&濃豚だけ、どんな種類か分かりませんね。 今回は煮干を避けて、塩背脂そばをオーダー。煮干に塩味に背脂、それに極太麺のコラボ。ちょっと想像つかない組合せなので楽しみです(*^^)v 平時海の19時頃でしたが、満員(◎_◎;) でも、ちょうど食べ終わったお客さんがおり、ほぼ待たずに着席。ラッキーでした。 店主一人オペなので、出てくるまで時間がかかります。そこは、目をつぶりましょうね。待っている間、店内を見渡したら「学割特盛無料・大盛誰でも無料」のポスターが。さすがに大盛は・・・ 配丼されて、メニュー名通りの姿。背脂たっぷり。 スープは、背脂たっぷりだけどしつこくはなく、と言ってアッサリでもない面白い味です。煮干は、それ程強烈ではなく食べやすいですね。 以前の記憶とは全く違い煮干感は和らぎ、エグさも全く感じません。煮干中華はどうなのか、次回はそちらで検証しなければなりませんね(笑) 麺は、こちらもメニュー名通りの超極太縮れ麺。モチモチ感が半端なく、食べ応え十分。縮れがスープを上手く絡めてくれ、美味しいコラボを楽しめますよ(*^^)v トッピングは、チャーシュー・メンマ・ネギ・海苔の4種類とシンプル。スープと麺の邪魔をせず、しかし味変と箸休めの役割はしっかりと。 このラーメンは、スープと麺の味をしっかり味わえる一杯ですね。お店の力量が分かるラーメン、美味しく頂きました(#^.^#)

The menu consists of five basic types: Chinese noodles, extra-thick backfat noodles, spicy and thick pork, no soup, G-based noodles, and tsukemen. I don't know what kind of spicy and thick pork. This time, I ordered salted backfat soba, avoiding dried sardines. A collaboration of dried sardines, salty taste, lard, and extra-thick noodles. I'm looking forward to it because it's a combination I can't imagine (* ^^) v It was around 19:00 in the sea during normal times, but even though it was full (◎ _ ◎;), there were customers who had just finished eating, so I was seated almost without waiting. I was lucky. Since the owner is the only operator, it will take some time before it comes out. Let's close our eyes there. While waiting, if you look around the store, you will see a poster of "Student discount special free, Omori free for everyone". As expected, Omori is ... It is served as the name of the menu. Plenty of lard. The soup has a lot of lard, but it's not persistent, and it's an interesting taste that isn't assassinous. Niboshi is not so intense and easy to eat. Unlike my previous memories, the sardines are softened and I don't feel any harshness. Next time, I have to verify how the Niboshi Chinese food is (laughs). The noodles are also super-thick curly noodles as the menu name suggests. There is no feeling of chewyness, and it is enough to eat. The frizz makes the soup entwined well, and you can enjoy a delicious collaboration (* ^^) v There are 4 types of toppings: char siu, menma, green onion, and seaweed. It does not interfere with the soup and noodles, but the role of taste change and chopstick rest is firm. This ramen is a cup where you can fully enjoy the taste of soup and noodles. The ramen that shows the strength of the shop was delicious (# ^. ^ #)

Nibosuke is a hidden gem, not yet known to the greater world. It is tucked in a relatively quiet town and along the street closer to the station. It is a 8-seater ramen store (very small and cram but that adds to the authenticity). Ramen can be purchased using the ticketing machine so as long as you can read Japanese you can make out what is being served. The ramen broth is interesting; it tastes of sardine-cooked broth that is unique to Akita which adds an exquisite dimension to the otherwise typical ramen chicken or pork bone broth. There are the cheaper (first photo) and slightly more expensive (second photo) versions to each ramen. My recommendation: getting the more expensive one because it comes with more toppings and the larger portion gratifies the stomach more (especially in the cold winter).
