Although it was light, it had a strong umami and was very delicious. Sprinkling the vinegar seasoning with garlic and chili on the table made it more ethnic and addictive. Many Vietnamese people come to eat, so I think it's a taste that suits the taste of the authentic people.
h	hiroko s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味いベトナム料理屋さんを見つけました。頼んだのはオバマ焼肉ビーフンのサラダバー付きセット、蟹汁ビーフンのセットです。サラダバーは3種類ほどのサラダと生春巻き、唐揚げ、えびせん、あとはデザート3種類があり、どれもちゃんと美味しくてそれだけでも満足いく内容でした。またメインの麺も大変美味しかったです。お店の方も親切にメニューの説明やサラダバーのデザートの中身を教えてくれたりしてとてもありがたかったです。店内はベトナム人のグループもいて、本国の人も認める味なんだろうなということがうかがえます。 I found a very delicious Vietnamese restaurant. It's probably a shop that is accepted by people with a local sense. The beef pho was very delicious with the beef umami soup and the chewy noodles. I've come to like Pho so much that I might be in my favorite dish. Although 850 yen for a single item is expensive. I would like to try another dish this time.
プ	プッチーズ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親がバインミーを食べたいということで、こちらに伺いました。最初に伺ったときにはスペシャルバインミーセットを食べたのですが、フォーの美味しさと初めて食べるバインミーに衝撃を受けました。それから3回ほど伺ってます。こちらのお店の麺類の出汁と麺は本場感がありつつ、料理としても完成されていて、普段エスニックなものを食べない家族も美味しいと絶賛していました。私は多国籍料理が好きなのでさまざまなお店に足を運んでいますが、こちらを超えるお店には出会えていないです… ランチの際にサラダバーをつけて麺類を店内で食べてから、バインミーのみテイクアウトしています。 (バインミーセットはお腹がいっぱいになってしまうので) また料理だけでなく店主の方がとても気がきく方で、また行きたいなと思わせてくれます。近々また伺いたいと思います。 I asked here because my parents wanted to eat Binh Mee.
