h	h nakazora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/6/再訪/ランチ/アルコールハンドクリーナー/パーテーション完備。カウンター2席/テーブル2卓。レモン水サーバー（セルフ）牛と海老のスープのフォーセット。よく煮込まれた牛すじのぷるぷるとした食感と旨味、パクチーの薫り、魚醤のような特有の薫り。白湯の上に赤味のある辛くはないスープ。平麺のフォー。甘味、酸味、塩味、風味、薫り、フォーのなめらかな喉越し。甘味と酸味を活かすところに東南アジアの趣きを感じる。揚げ春巻きにはスイート系ソースが添えられます。レモンを絞って味の変化も楽しむ。丁寧に仕事された牛すじは脂感無し。旨味だけが残り、パクチーの薫りにもgood。ハノイで食べたベトナム料理よりは香草類が日本人向けにローカライズされていましたが良いバランスだと感じました。接客も程よく心地よい印象。次回は、アルコールが解禁になりましたら、アラカルトメニューを楽しみに伺いたいと思います。ベトナム系のアジア屋台料理のお店。価格帯は500前後〜と比較的お手軽。とても小さなお店。バインミーサンドイッチなど、とても本格的で現地の味に近い。高級店ではないが清潔感があり気軽に楽しめる。テイクアウトで利用。テイクアウトメニューが充実しており、とても小さなお店でもあるのでお子様連れやグループの方はテイクアウトがオススメ。バインミーサンドイッチはオーダー後に作り始めるので、出来上がりまで多少待ち時間があります。次回は違うメニューをイートインでお試ししましょうかね。 2021/6 / Revisited / Lunch / Alcohol hand cleaner / Partition complete. 2 counter seats / 2 tables. The food is made to order so be patient. We ordered a coconut milk juice, juicy chicken banh mi and a beef tendon noodle soup with fried spring rolls. Every bite was heaven. They have more Vietnamese snacks after 6pm. We will absolutely visit again!
