事前説明、そして必須事項、選択事項、適切なアドバイスetc.担当していただいた方(メカニックの方のスキルも)の満足度は申し分ありませんでした。。
エンジンルーム内の希に発生したベルト鳴きも、ベルトの早めの交換になるかなと思っていましたが、張りの調整のみで済みました。
オイルとエレメント交換についても同様で、安易に点検時交換とすることなく、良心的でした。信頼度アップな車検でした?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年の10月に広島から倉吉に引っ越し致しましたので車検が2月12日の期限だった為倉吉のネッツトヨタに御願いして1月13日に車検を受けました。日々の点検は自分で出来ることは2台所有のオイル交換から部品交換までやって居ました、
今年の元旦に鳥取のオートバックスにてワイパーゴムの調子が悪いのでガラコの高いゴムに交換しました、車検持ち込み当日も雨の中フロントガラスは綺麗に水を切って居ました。車検前にフロントワイパーは交換して間が無いことは営業担当者にハッキリ伝えておいたのに、車検が終わって精算の説明でワイパーのゴムが割れていたので交換しましたとの事、変に思い交換したゴムを見せて貰い確認したら、交換したばかりのゴムがひどい割けかたでビックリ、こんなに裂けていたら来る途中素人でも解るだろうと思いながら、整備士の人が説明に来るでも無く、その時は次の用事の為帰りました。後から考えれば考える程納得が行かないまま、あの時ゴムを持って帰ればと後悔するばかりです、初めての店舗ではあるし年寄りだから解らないだろう位ですかね。どうもわだかまりが残りスッキリしません。

I clearly told the sales staff that the front wiper had just been replaced before the vehicle inspection, but after the vehicle inspection was over, the rubber of the wiper was broken in the explanation of the settlement, so I replaced it. When I asked him to show me the rubber I had exchanged, I was surprised that the rubber I had just exchanged was terribly cracked. At that time, I went home for the next business. The more I think about it later, the more I'm not convinced, and I just regret that I should bring the rubber home at that time. It's my first store and I'm old, so I don't know. It seems that the lumps remain and it is not refreshing.
