★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖母の車の車検をお願いしましたが、数十キロ走行後にホイールハウスのピンが全部脱落、タイヤに接触し溶け出すという事態が発生しました。
車検屋の倍以上はする工賃でいったい何を見ていたのでしょうか？連絡後、その部分を交換すると言われましたが、問題が出てから対応すればよいと思っているのでしょうか。
上記のインシデントも含め、以前から私の祖母には丁寧に対応する割に、孫の私にはかなり感じの悪い接客対応でした。大衆車のディーラなんてこんなもんかと思っていましたが、いざ車を買おうとほかの店舗にもお世話になると、この店舗がいかに人を見て対応していたんだなということを気が付かされました。
最近のトヨタ車自体はは魅力的かつこの店舗が家から近いだけに、非常に残念です。二度と行くことはないでしょう。
I asked for an inspection of my grandmother's car, but after traveling several tens of kilometers, all the pins of the wheel house fell off, and it came into contact with the tires and melted.
What on earth were you looking at with wages that are more than double that of a car inspection shop? After contacting you, you were told to replace that part, but do you think you should deal with it after a problem arises?
Including the above incidents, my grandmother has always been polite, but my grandson has been very uncomfortable with customer service. I was wondering what a popular car dealer would be like, but when I was taken care of by other stores to buy a car, I realized how this store looked at people and responded.
It's a shame that the recent Toyota cars themselves are attractive and the store is close to home. You will never go again.
