試乗見積もりしに行きました
希望の試乗車が無くて
後日試乗予定で見積もりだけして
帰りました
試乗予約日に仕事が入り行けなくなり
家族から連絡あり車に乗って
ディーラーの人が家にまで来たよと！
こちらの承諾も無いまま
仕事だと伝えているのに
家に来られて気持ち悪くなりました
個人情報を勝手に使われて
残念に思います。
法的措置も検討しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数日前にアルファードの試乗車があるとのことで拝見しに。緊急事態宣言中である事は承知の上で、家庭の事情のため車を検討しにこちらへ。
平日の遅めの時間に伺ったところ、
あからさまに嫌な顔をしながら女性の対応を受ける。
駐車場は止めてある試乗車のアルファードを見ている時も、「なんでこんな時に来んだよ」と顔に書いてあるのがわかるほどの態度。
妻はすぐに察知し、この店で買うのをやめようと耳打ちするほど。
一応、見積をもらうつもりで来ていたので依頼するも、営業は出てくる事は一切なく、終始ショールームの女性のみ。
子どもと妻が待っている間も、飲み物の伺いもなく完全放置。
しまいには妊婦の妻が子どもの玩具を片付けてるところをガン無視。
何なんだ？この店は…と怒りを通り越して呆れる。
見積もトヨタ全店で全車種扱える中、1番の渋い値引き。
色んなところからこの店で買うのは絶対にやめます。
皆さんもこんな思いをしないよう、ここでの買い物はよく考えてみてもらえるようレビューします。
本当に、今まで最悪のディーラーです。
