★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の整備は問題ないのですが、営業スタッフによってだいぶホスピタリティや車の知識に差があり、定期点検以外の部品交換の見積もりは部品代、技術料とも他所と比べて2〜3倍、さすがに残念すぎました。
There is no problem with car maintenance, but there are considerable differences in hospitality and car knowledge depending on the sales staff, and the estimate for parts replacement other than regular inspections is two to three times higher than other places, as expected. It was too disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリウス20 の車軸パーツ交換。4時間位かかるとの事で、あいにく代車が無かった。店内で待っておりましたがコーヒーのおかわりを何杯もいただきました。修理の説明は図解でわかりやすいし仕上がりも良かった。修理代はネット検索結果より高いがディーラー保証+技術=安心 でしょう。さすがです!
Replacement of Prius 20 axle parts. Unfortunately, there was no substitute car because it took about 4 hours. We waited in the store and received many cups of coffee. The repair explanation was easy to understand in the illustration and the finish was good. The repair fee is higher than the net search result, but the dealer guarantee + technology = safe. As expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 点検時にナビの不調を訴えるも様子見。点検日翌日より毎日走行中にナビがブラックアウト。本日ナビ交換したが購入時担当した鶴岡さんやサービス担当片岡さんは業務的に処理をするだけで、車が売れさえすれば良くアフターサービスは最低。とても不快な対応でした。
Although he complained of a malfunction of the navigation system during the inspection, he waited. From the day after the inspection day, the navigation is blacked out while running every day. I exchanged the navigation today, but Mr. Tsuruoka who was in charge at the time of purchase and Mr. Kataoka who is in charge of service only handle the business, and the after-sales service is the lowest as long as the car sells. It was a very unpleasant response.

12ヶ月点検の記録簿も適当に記入してます。
点検パックに入ってる人は他店で立ち合いで見てもらった方がいいです!
非常に危険な状態になってました。
何度も話し合いましたが、こちらが諦めるのを待ってるだけで、何も責任はとりません。
これで、揉み消せたと思っているようですので、ここに記録しておきます。
I entered Wellcome Support and detected points every 6 months, but they were not inspected.
