若い女性が対応しはじめに6月から配属になった新人です。
わからないことがあれば上司に聞きに行くと説明あり。
日産リーフとトヨタのPHVを検討していたのでその違いなど
詳細を説明してほしかったのですが、当然ながら入社3週間目の
新入社員ですから何もわかりません。なにか聞くたびに中座し、
何回も聞きに行く始末。わかる方と一緒に対応できないかと尋ねると
今日は平日で人手が少ないためと断られました。しかし、一人
男性の社員がブラブラしているのを見ていたので、当然ブラブラしていた男性のところへ行き抗議しました。顧客を新人の練習台にして
放置するな。抗議し始めたところ一気に4-5人集まってきました。
新車の見積もりと下取り車の見積もりを聞くのに、約2時間待たされました。
帰宅してから妻にこのことを話すと新入社員に対する管理者のパワハラとも受け取られかねない対応だね。と言っていました。
二度とこのディーラーにはいきません。
