J	JHEN-TANG SHIH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱外来の受診ですが、約束の時間に来院したところ、一言もせず30分ほど待たされました。その後一回PCR、抗体検査の検体を取っていただき、その後また30分以上待機させられました。発熱しているのにこのように待たせられるのにびっくりしました。予約する際に、または受付る際に説明すれば、患者としては他の医療機関に確認するか、待たせるのを我慢するという選択肢ができるものの、非常に確認に残念です。実際の問診は親切でまん延防止のためにいろいろ丁寧にやってくださってますので、好感を感じます。高齢の透析の患者さんもけっこういますので、発熱外来の患者にはあまり向いてないような気がします。 I had a fever outpatient visit, but when I came to the hospital at the appointed time, I had to wait for about 30 minutes without saying a word. After that, I was asked to take a sample for PCR and antibody test once, and then I was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes. I was surprised to be kept waiting like this even though I had a fever. If you explain at the time of booking or at the reception, the patient has the option of checking with another medical institution or putting up with waiting, but it is very disappointing to confirm. The actual interviews are kind and polite to prevent the spread, so I like it. There are quite a few elderly dialysis patients, so I feel that they are not very suitable for outpatients with fever.
N	N T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページを拝見して、人間ドックの問い合わせで連絡をしました。電話受付の対応を改善すべきです。まず第一声に「当院バリウムのみになりますがよろしいですか？」と聞かれました。何のことだかわからず、ホームページの人間ドックのセットを見たことを伝えると「その中の胃の検査が内視鏡はない為バリウムのみになる」ということのようでした。少なくとも第一声で聞くことではないと思います。人間ドックの追加オプションについて、事前に相談したい旨を伝えると、自費治療であるのでホームページみて自分で決めろと言われました。病院なのに検査の説明すらないとは驚きです。この病院で人間ドックを受けて、何か異常が見つかっとしても、相談しにくいと判断して、他の病院でのドックに変えることにしました。受付スタッフの教育をお願いします。 I visited the homepage and contacted by inquiries about the human dock. 長	長谷川悦也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の健康診断で「要再検査」のため、自宅近くの当該クリニックに訪問。問診は院長先生。患者とのコミュニケーションを重視する方のようで、とても好印象。職業柄、ご本人はその意識が無くても、自然と押し付けるような態度が出る医師達が多い中、院長先生は微塵もそのような尊大な態度を感じられませんでした。久しぶりに巡りあった良医です。（というか、Google各種レビューに対してレスしていることからも、他の医師とは違うかなと…） Visited the clinic near my home for "re-examination required" at the company's health checkup. The interview is with the director. He seems to emphasize communication with patients, and has a very good impression. Even if he was not aware of his profession, there were many doctors who naturally pushed him, but the director did not feel such a magnificent attitude. It's been a long time since I met a good doctor. (In fact, I wonder if it's different from other doctors because I'm not responding to various Google reviews ...)
