高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新規開拓で見つけたお店です。日中はラーメン屋さんで、夜は居酒屋のお店ですね。お酒の種類が豊富で、夜も来たいお店です。メニューで目を引いたのが「柚トマチらーめん」でしたので、それをオーダー。塩味のスープに、柚子とトマトとチーズで「柚トマチ」のようです。私の好きなトッピングなので、着丼が楽しみでした(^^) 見た目は期待通りの配列。トマトがペーストやくし切りでなく、角切りなのが余計に私好みでした(^^) チーズが若干少なめなのが残念ですが、しつこくなくアクセントとしては丁度いいかな。柚子とトマトのバランスはかなり良いスープです。麺は極太縮れ麺で（細麺も選べるようです）端で掬い上げた時「合うのかな？」と思いましたが、全くの杞憂で相性バッチリ！ラーメンというも、イタリアンと言っても良さそうな味です。ゆぎ屋の塩トマトと塩ユズといい勝負のクオリティでした(#^.^#) 外観の写真、撮り忘れました(^◇^;) メニューも多すぎて、一枚しか撮りませんでした（笑） This is a shop that I found through new development.
