個人的に油そばはもっと嫌なほど味が濃いことを期待しているので、少しさっぱりしたような油そばは満足感が薄い。

故に名古屋生まれのチェーン店です。
東北中心にと、書いている方がいますが、勘違いされています。
名古屋では、油そばや、まぜそば店が沢山あるので競争が激しく、これ立てて珍しいお店ではありませんが、秋田では珍しいお店になるでしょう。

まあ油そばのみでの営業をしている店はありませんので珍しいし、油そばに自信がある表れだと思います。
自分で混ぜるタイプの油そばですが、麺を茹でた後の水切りが悪いのか、麺同士がくっついていました。
店内に入って右側に発券機がありますので、最初に購入し、カウンターのみですが席に座ります。
座席数が少ないので詰めて座らないと店員さんに詰めるように言われます。
油そばですが、普通です。基本型の価格を抑えて、豊富な種類のトッピングをプラスさせて利益をえるシステムです。
大盛も量が多いとは思えませんので、ガッツリ食べたい方はそれ以上の盛りをオーダーをした方がイイでしょう。
