★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原付を自分で整備しようと思い、純正パーツの購入のため来店しました。通販だと純正品はほとんど安くなっていないのに加えて送料がかかります。しかし、店舗で取り寄せなら相談しつつ送料もかかりません。
お店の人に｢長い間、整備していないなら1年点検5500円で悪い所を調べて整備できますよ。｣と営業されました。
私は素人ながらに自分で整備したいと伝えたのですが、店員さんは嫌な顔せず細かなパーツの型番などを調べてくれました。それに加えて一般的な消耗品の交換時期等についても教えてくれました。
本当は店で整備してもらえた方が店の利益になるでしょう。また、私は色々調べてもらったパーツのうち小さなボルト等でたったの1400円そこそこのパーツ代の購入だけでした。
それでも店員さんの対応はとても親切でした。
何より純正パーツは高いから、そのパーツなら他で買ったりすれば安くて質も変わらないよというようなアドバイスもくれたのに好感が持てました。
お客さんのことをしっかり考えてるんだなって思いました。
私がいる間に購入した車両の引き取りや点検等で来店している人達がたくさんいましたが対応もよく、店自体の店員さんも仲が良いようでアットホームな感じもありました。
店員さんは、メカニック担当ではなく営業担当の方だったので細かなパーツのことはメカニックの人に聞きに行っていたので対応は少し時間がかかりましたが、それでも良い対応だったと思います。
初めての来店でしたが、もし原付に自分でできないような整備が必要だった場合は迷わずここに持ってこようと思いました。
ここまでベタ褒めしましたが、最後に1つ、私は店の関係者でも何でもありません。純粋な客です。

In fact, it would be profitable for the shop to be maintained at the shop. In addition, I purchased only about 1400 yen or so for parts with small bolts among the parts I checked variously.
Still, the clerk was very kind.
Above all, genuine parts are expensive, so I was pleased with the advice that if I bought them elsewhere, they would be cheap and the quality would not change.
I thought I was thinking about the customer.
There were a lot of people who came to the store to pick up and check the vehicles purchased while I was there, but they responded well, and the clerks at the store seemed to get along well and felt at home.
The clerk was not a mechanic, but a sales clerk, so I went to the mechanic for detailed parts, so it took a little time to respond, but I think it was still a good response.
It was my first visit to the store, but if the moped needed maintenance that I couldn't do on my own, I decided to bring it here without hesitation.
I've praised all the way up to now, but one last thing, I'm not involved with the store. A pure customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納車日、浜松駅から徒歩でお店に向かいました。馬込川沿いに船越公園を目指すと分かりやすいです。１時間弱ほどですが、初リッターバイクを乗って帰る前の良いウォーミングアップになりました。また点検整備の際にはバイクでお伺いしたいと思います。
