ここから見るとスケール感が狂うけど人と比較するとやはり大きいですね。
いつまでこの光景をみることができるのでしょうか

Square parking lot overlooking the dam construction site. There is also a large truck bus space. No toilet. There is no restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なにげなく寄ってみたのですが、大迫力のダム工事を目の前で見ることができ、とても良かったです。日本では滅多にお目にかかれない超特大ダンプカーが目の前を通り、隣のブルドーザーが小さく見えました。「あのダンプ運転してみたい！」と思ってしまいました。
I stopped by casually, but it was very nice to be able to see the powerful dam construction in front of me. An extra-large dump truck, which is rarely seen in Japan, passed in front of me, and the bulldozer next door looked small. I thought, "I want to drive that dump truck!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建造中のダムのスケールとしてはギガンテ級です。巨大重機が行き来して工事の進捗が分かります。ダムは村をまるごと飲み込むと聞いたことあるが,そんな感じです。スケールがとてつもなくデカい。
The scale of the dam under construction is Gigante class. Huge heavy machinery comes and goes and you can see the progress of the construction. I've heard that dams swallow the entire village, but that's what it is. The scale is huge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２年ぶりに成瀬ダム展望台に行きました。日曜日だったので現場の方は稼働していませんでした。ですが普段目にする事が無い大型の重機や大規模な工事現場を見る事が出来たので、満足です。
I went to Naruse Dam Observatory for the first time in 2 years. Since it was Sunday, the people at the site were not in operation. However, I am satisfied because I was able to see large heavy machinery and large-scale construction sites that I do not usually see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年9月に訪問しました。台形ＣＳＧ型としては日本一のサイズになる予定なので、ダム聖地のニューフェイスとなることでしょう。皆さんのコメントにあるとおり、巨大な重機や砂礫の山、ダム作りの現場を目の当たりにできます。展望台脇には５５トンダンプカーのタイヤが置いてあります。タイヤ１個の重量が８００ｋｇを超えるそうですよ。
I visited in September 2021. It will be the largest trapezoid-shaped CSG type in Japan, so it will be the new face of the dam sanctuary. As you can see in your comments, you can witness huge heavy machinery, piles of gravel, and dam-building sites. There are 55 ton dump truck tires on the side of the observatory. It seems that the weight of one tire exceeds 800 kg.
