An observatory in a flat ranch with a 360-degree view. The autumn leaves are nearing the end and the best time to see is over, but the scenery is good. There is a parking lot toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眺めも良くのどかでいい所です。展望台そのものは掃き掃除程度しかしないのであまりキレイとは言えませんが、トイレは定期的に清掃が入り全体的洗浄やクモの巣取りと季節によって草刈りも行われています。鳥の糞や、夏は虫(トウシビ等)が多いのが難点。時々ハッチにご注意。ガキっぽい悪戯や昨年はトイレ裏に一升瓶が10本以上棄てられてましたが、正常な大人のすることじゃありませんね。
私はその清掃作業の時しか行きませんが、今の仕事を辞めたらいつかゆっくりお昼寝しに行こうと思ってます。
It is a nice and peaceful place with a good view. The observatory itself is only swept and cleaned, so it's not very clean, but the toilets are regularly cleaned, and overall cleaning, spider nesting, and mowing depending on the season are also carried out. The drawback is that there are many bird droppings and insects (such as toushibi) in the summer. Watch out for hatches from time to time. A kid-like mischief and last year more than 10 bottles were thrown away behind the toilet, but that's not what a normal adult would do.
I only go for the cleaning work, but when I quit my current job, I'll take a nap slowly someday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道中は１台の車幅の道路。すれ違えるほど道は広くない。またいたるところに穴が…周囲が乳牛の餌となる牧草地で、それらを運搬するトラックやトラクターが走行するので道が壊れるのか。またそれら車両が来たらこちらが下がるしかないでしょう。
展望台では微かな牛舎の匂いが鼻孔につく。
長めはすこぶる良い。遠くまで眺められるし、３６０度草原の中で北海道に来たみたいです。
夜に来れば星空がキレイだろうなぁ、という場所です。

At the observatory, a faint smell of cowshed is attached to the nostrils.
The long one is very good. You can see it far and it seems that you came to Hokkaido in the 360-degree grassland.
It is a place where the starry sky will be beautiful if you come at night.
