★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坐禅の体験させてもらいました。半畳の上に坐禅し自分を見つめ直す時間を過ごせました。後からお堂で住職さんからのお説教をいただきました。心が軽くなったようです。
I had the opportunity to experience zazen. I was able to spend time zazen on a half tatami mat and looking back at myself. Later, I received a sermon from the chief priest at the temple. It seems that my heart has become lighter.

冬場にて、しんから冷える寒さでしたが、満月の月明りがとてもきれいでした。
不慣れな私を手取り足取りご指導して頂き、ありがとうございます。

写真は2015年2月に撮影したものです。宇多津のお雛様があった時に、子供達で象の模型にのった神様を引いて練り歩くイベントに参加させてもらいました。当時はコロナ禍では無かったので多くの人で賑わっていました。
