4枚目、さらに【常磐明神堂】があり祭神は狸様です
5枚目、最後に郷照寺庭園

車で行く道が細くて分かりづらいですが、駐車場はちゃんとあります。また敷地内も狭くはありません。
なんといっても印象に残るのは、地下室のような場所にある観音像・・・。拝観料とかはかかりませんが、一人で行って、さらに他の人は誰もいなかった中でシーンと静まりかえった雰囲気・・・暗い時間帯だとちょっと怖いかも・・？
一方で敷地内は庭とかもキレイで、街並みを見下ろせるロケーションとかもよかったです。
It is the 78th pilgrimage place in 88 places in Shikoku.
The road to go by car is narrow and difficult to understand, but there is a parking lot. Also, the site is not small.
The most memorable thing is the Kannon statue in a place like a basement. There is no admission fee, but the atmosphere is quiet with the scene when you go alone and there are no other people ... Maybe it's a little scary in the dark hours?
On the other hand, the garden was beautiful on the premises, and it was nice to have a location overlooking the cityscape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第７８番札所で四国霊場の中で唯一時宗のお寺です。ご本尊は阿弥陀如来、開基は行基菩薩です。真言宗のお寺とは私にはほとんど区別がつきませんでした。JR瀬戸大橋線宇多津駅から徒歩で約２０分ほどかかり、宇多津の寺町の中にあります。他のお寺にもお参りされてはいかがでしょうか。
It is the only temple of Ji-shu in the Shikoku pilgrimage at the 78th temple. The principal image is Amida Nyorai, and Kaisan is Gyoki Bosatsu. I could hardly distinguish it from the Shingon Buddhist temple. It takes about 20 minutes on foot from Utazu Station on the JR Seto Ohashi Line, and is located in Utazu's Teramachi. Why don't you visit other temples?
