地元のお魚の美味しいお寿司が食べたい!と検索して出掛けました。 予約必須です。 手間の掛かる小さな魚の下処理もしっかりされて めちゃめちゃ美味しい! お昼のお寿司を頂きましたが 次回は コースも食べてみたいです。

宮津に行った時に飛び込みでお邪魔しました。海鮮丼をいただいたのですが時魚にこだわったもので美味しく楽しくいただきました!オーナーが孝奈に大変詳しく勉強にもなりました。また寄らせていただきます。

宮津の地元の魚を食べてみたい方は絶対に一度は行ってみることをオススメします!! その日にとれた新鮮な魚を提供してくれるのでどれも本当においしいです。大将と奥様のお話もおもしろくてステキです。
If you want to eat Miyazu's local fish, I definitely recommend you to go there !! All of them are really delicious as they provide the fresh fish caught that day. The story of the general and his wife is also interesting and wonderful.

京都、宮津にある籠神社と真名井神社を訪問の後、友人と2人で寄ってみました。前から気になっていたお店なのでしたが、訪問して大正解です。 地魚や地酒などその土地のものを使用したここでしか味わえないお鮨とお酒のペアリングです。 ウニは水槽の中でもしっかり海藻を与え、とれたてのジューシーでクリーミーなウニを頂けました。 その他追加で頼んだ漬けのお鮨がとてもおいしい。 沖漬け用の独自にタレに漬け込まれた鯵は度肝を抜く美味しさでした。 そして、与謝娘酒造さんの限定酒は真名井神社のお酒を使ったり、無農薬の山田錦を活用したり、とてもひと工夫あり、お鮨によく会いました。 ご夫婦はお二人とも唎酒師を取られていて、料理や好みにあう日本酒を提案頂けます。 料理の提案だけでなく、待つ時間の間の会話や観光したい方には割引チケットの提供など細かい心配りもあり、素敵な時間を過ごせました。 最後は自家製の梅ジュース、これまた甘さと爽やかさが共存し、締めのドリンクとして最高でした。 冬はカニや鰤しゃぶなども楽しめるようで、また来ること間違いなしです。
After visiting Kago Shrine and Manai Shrine in Miyazu, Kyoto, I stopped by with a friend. It was a shop that I had been interested in for a long time, but I visited it and it was a great answer. It is a pairing of sushi and sake that can only be tasted here using local fish and sake. The sea urchin was given seaweed firmly in the aquarium, and I got a freshly picked juicy and creamy sea urchin. The other pickled sushi I ordered is very delicious. The horse mackerel that was originally pickled in the sauce for Oki-zuke was amazingly delicious. And Yosamusume Sake Brewery's limited sake used Manai Shrine's sake and pesticide-free Yamada Nishiki, and I often met sushi with a lot of ingenuity. Both couples have been taken as sake brewers and can propose sake that suits their cooking and taste. Not only cooking suggestions, but also conversations during the waiting time and small worries such as offering discount tickets to those who want to go sightseeing, I had a wonderful time. At the end, homemade plum juice, which also had sweetness and freshness, was the best drink to finish. It seems that you can enjoy crabs and yellowtail shabu-shabu in winter, and there is no doubt that they will come again.

Sushi with rare and exotic fish. The sushi chef at Namiji has a fish compendium of all the fish he's served, all the pictures taken by himself. I counted well over 100 different varieties, and he told me it was at least at 130. He goes to local ports himself to select his fish, and should there be something rare or intriguing, he'll grab that as well, always expanding his fish repertoire. His sushi skills are fierce as well, each piece I ate was distinct and brought out the essence of the fish. I had the sushi set, and included a wealth of variety across fish caught locally that day. I would love to come for dinner as well because I notice the impressive line-up of local sake (I counted six different makers at least) and a certificate he had that recognized him as a sake expert. It was also fun to watch him prepare the sushi by hand. The local is relatively close to Miyazu Station, close enough to walk I think, and the building is cute, with a nice, simple interior. The surrounding area is a bit industrial, but I was there for the sushi not the view.
