海鮮丼のご飯はかなり柔らかめ、魚の鮮度は絶品。

朝から頑張って昼過ぎにひと段落したのでランチをすることに。
実はこの店の近くの別の店目当てでやって来たのですがなんとお休み・・・。
急遽こちらへ飛び込んだという訳です。
お店は歴史を感じる雰囲気で古くからこの地で愛されてきたんだなぁと思いました。
すると奥からお母さんが出てきてメニューを出してくれた。
人懐っこい性格で、お話ししやすい方です＾＾
メニューにある鰻は、生きたウナギを水槽から出して捌いてくれるそう。
魅力的だけど時間がかかるので諦めて、お造りにしよう。
◆お造り定食
価格 1,400円
見た目はとてもシンプル。
お造り（アコウ、白バイ貝、白イカ）、冷ややっこ、漬物入りサラダ、シイタケのお吸い物、ご飯。
お造りはええもん使ってますやんか。
アコウは凄い歯応え。
バイ貝はコリコリして噛むほどに甘みが広がる。
白イカも甘みが強くて美味しい＾＾
シンプルですが良い魚を良い鮮度で出してます。
冷ややっこ、漬物入りサラダ、お吸い物も美味しく頂きました。
熟成した魚も美味しいけど、鮮度もすごく大事だな。
良い魚を良い鮮度で頂けて良かったです。

It looks very simple.
Sashimi (ako, white mussel, white squid), cold sardines, pickled salad, shiitake soup, rice.
I'm using Eemon for making sashimi.
Ako has a great crunch.
The mussels are so crunchy that the sweetness spreads as you chew.
White squid is also sweet and delicious ^^
Simple but good fish with good freshness.
I also enjoyed cold soup, pickled salad, and soup.
Aged fish is delicious, but freshness is also very important.
