★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブツ切りにした魚をドレッシングやソースで味付けして野菜とあえたものをごはんの上にサニーレタスと一緒に乗せるスタイルです。
訪れた時に注文したものはヒラマサの中華風、サワラの南蛮漬け、スズキのジェノベーゼ？（うろ覚えです）でした。
一見、ドレッシングで魚の臭みを抑えてるのかと思いきや
新鮮な良い魚を使っていたので臭みがもともとありませんでしたし、魚の味もとても良かったです。
一般的な海鮮丼に飽きた人や魚臭さが気になる人にはおすすです。
どれもおいしそうな物が並んでいるので選ぶのに迷いますが
あれこれ乗せると値段が高くなるので注意です。
ほんとに魚は良いものを使っていました。

All of them are lined up with delicious foods, so I'm at a loss to choose one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近できたばかりのハワイ風海鮮丼のお店。
冷蔵ケースの中にある洋風に味付けされた海鮮料理を選んで丼にのっけてもらうシステム。
まるで都市部のデパ地下にあるデリカテッセンにあるようなしゃれた感じの料理で、これはこれでアリだと思う。
ありきたりな海鮮丼に飽きた人には試してみることをおすすめしたい。
ただ1種類が400円くらいからだから、美味しそうだからといってあれもこれものっけるとかなり高くなりそう。
