はっきり言ってこんなにお節介を焼いてくれる不動産屋さんは無いと思います(笑)
最初はちょっと怪しくて怖い雰囲気だったけど、キャラクターの濃いスタッフさんばかりでついつい用事がなくても顔を出してしまいます。
迷惑な顔一つせず、世間話してくださいます。
不動産屋って悪いイメージだったけど、スマイルさんに出会ってからイメージがガラッと変わりました。
また祖師谷に住むことがあったら絶対にスマイルさんにいきます。

今時のニーズやサービスには対応できないのか、しようとしないのか、理解できないのかわからないが、それでもしっかり地域に根付いていてレトロでよいかもしれない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が良くない。客商売とは思っていないのか、不動産屋特有の偉そう感があちらこちらに。
居住者が困っていても知らんの一点張りで、自分の方のことだけ主張ですから、昔からこういう感じなのでしょう。
あとは物件への入居者不利の特約をなんでもかんでもつけてきます。はっきり言ってここの管理物件で借りると入居者が確実に損です。
引越しましたが、ここの近くにとても良い不動産屋があり新居はそちらでお世話になりました。
今後もここが管理物件なら借りないと思います。
考え方も古く、現代にマッチしているとはお世辞にも言い難い。全くもってお勧めしません。
