鳥取市中砂見(大湯棚)と麒麟獅子舞いと麒麟獅子頭の図案の標識案内板が県道32号線沿いに見えてきました。案内板に従い県道から山腹に向かい大湯棚の「大和佐美命(おおわさみみこと)神社」に到着。県道から山腹の集落まで、上道のガードレール沿いは桜古木の並木道です。この神社で木造(桐)麒麟獅子頭が江戸時代から製作されてこの獅子頭が隣の上砂見に鎮座の(大和佐美命神社)に伝承の麒麟獅子舞いの獅子頭に使用されると案内板に出ています。ですからこの2神社は一心同体、仲の良いパートナーという事です。「大湯棚神社」は神聖で境内を吹き抜けていく微風は清冽で少し遠くから鶯の鳴き声が聞こえています。気品と趣のある神社です。拝殿右横の館は通風の為にか扉が開放になっていました。覗いてみればこの中で作業可能なスペース、何かを乗せて肩で担う棒が固定されて置かれています。　麒麟獅子舞いや麒麟獅子頭に関係の神社ですからその作業に関係の場所なのだと、一人合点をして、さすが伝統ある神社と納得しました。

Follow the information board and head to the hillside from the prefectural road to arrive at "Owasami Mikoto Shrine" on the Oyu shelf. A wooden (Kiri) Kirin lion head was manufactured at this shrine from the Edo era, and this lion head appears on the guide board when it is used for the lion head of the Kirin lion dance that is handed down to (Yamato Sammei Shrine) in the upper Kamisami I am. Therefore, these 2 shrines are all members of one body and a good partner. “Oyutana Shrine” is sacred and the breeze that blows through the precincts is clear and you can hear the screams of Ugui from a distance. It is a shrine with a dignity and taste. The door on the right side of the hall of worship was open because of ventilation. If you look into it, there is a space where you can work, a rod for carrying something on your shoulder is fixed. Since it is a shrine related to the Kirin Lion Dance and the Kirin Lion Head, it was a place related to the work, so I made a point and convinced that it was a traditional shrine.
