★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場はお隣の八上公園です。境内はとても緑が映え美しい場所でした。近くの八上姫公園も、大国主とのロマンスを石碑にして、整備してあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ｢賣沼(めぬま)神社」は河原町曳田(ひけた)地区を流れる曳田川が向かい流れて左へ大きく流れを変える位置にあり、せせらぎが境内に響きます。
祭神は(八上姫神)です。古事記の世界で登場のロマン溢れる物語です。
河原町は千代川と八東川が合流する自然豊かな地で、古代時期は大陸や島からの渡来人が日本海から千代川を遡ってやって来てこの地を得ました。
そんな一団の中に八上姫神のご先祖達もこの地に到来されました。
とてもロマンある想像が膨らんできます。
｢賣沼神社」の側を流れる曳田川のせせらぎは伊勢神宮の側を流れる五十鈴川のせせらぎと水の透明度を連想させました。参詣時に1組の若い女子旅メンバーがおいでになり参詣を済ますて次へと行動に移られました。
生き生きされておいでです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても静かな所で落ち着きます。近くの川のせせらぎが聞こえます。秋でしたので銀杏がたくさん落ちてました。きちんとお手入れされてる神社でした。隣には八上姫公園があります。
Calm down in a very quiet place. You can hear the murmuring of the nearby river. It was autumn, so a lot of ginkgo trees had fallen. It was a well-maintained shrine. Next to it is Yagamihime Park.

馴れ初めの石像があるが、これは要らない。
（ウサギはかわいい）
雲南にある稲田姫命を祀る『河邊神社』と同様、落ち着いた雰囲気のある神社。
一段高い位置にあるが、遮るものなくフルオープンという感じ。
神社の両横に岩盤がむき出しており、意図的に岩盤の上に建てたと推測する。
ここも本殿の彫刻数が多く魅せられる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大国主命の最初の奥様で、この地方にしかいらっしゃらないご祭神の八上姫さま。
何度か伺っていますが、一度も人に会った事がないような、とても静かな場所です。
モニュメントも新しいのができていて、
とても素敵でした。
