★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良。狭いながらも雰囲気のある店舗です。ローズマリーのサブレは軽くサブレらしい食感が良いです。ローズマリーがかなり効いているのて好みは分かれそうですが。
厳。一方で楽しみにしていた旬のいちじくの焼菓子は正直に言えば今一つかな。
いちじくとヘーゼルナッツケーキは美味しそうなアイデアですが、生いちじく故に匂いも味も完全に負けている印象です。キャラメルソースをかけるならセミドライにしても良いかと。
いちじくとクリームチーズのマフィンはバランスがとれてるけど、いちじくの風味は見た目と違ってやはり弱いです。いちじくを脇役で考える人には合ってますが。
