ベーカリープロデューサーの岸本拓也さんが手掛けた高級食パン専門店。 整理券をもらい、焼き立ての自己中な極み800円税別を食しました。 1日目は生食しましたが、甘くて柔らかくてモチモチ。2日目からはちょい焼きして、バターとハチミツで食べました。 美味しいのですがたくさん出てきた高級食パン屋さんとの差別化、これだっていう違いは無かったかなあ。

プレオープン告知に整理券配布の件がなされてなく昼〜夕方までとあったので、1時間ほど早く着いた時点で完売してますと… 翌日から通常営業でオープン少し前から整理券配ります!1日200本、お一人1本限定と言われた。暫くは完売やら混雑するだろうけど…たった二種類の高級食パン?のみで、今のブームがいつまで続くかな? なぜなら荻窪は何気にパン屋さん激戦区だから! 店頭のスタッフさんは感じが良かった。 出来たて焼き立ての1日目は生でそのまま。 2日目は軽く焼いて…と、美味しく頂く順番がある食パン? (追記)7月下旬、整理券なしでやっとゲット!店員さん曰く雨が降った日等は時間帯によりゲットしやすいそう! ふわふわしてカットしにくいので包丁をコンロの火にあて温めてからカットすると綺麗にカットしやすい。 まちに待って頂いた感想は…パン好きには好みは分かれる味かと思う。 確かにふわふわでもちもち感や甘みがあり、これだけなら確かに美味しいと思うが、正直 私の好みではなかった。 昔、給食にたまに出たふわふわのミルクパンを思い出した。それの高級バージョン? 生そのままだと甘みがあり何も塗らなくて良いが、トーストするとカリ、フワ、モチ食感にふんわり甘い香り。 焼いた時の小麦や香ばしい香りは余り感じない。 珍しさやネーミングからする話題性で購入してみたが、並んでまでリピはないかな!? オープンから少し経つと慣れで抜けたりするけど、こちらは変わりなく店員さんや奥にいたスタッフさん等はとても感じ良かったし、皆それぞれ担当のお仕事きちんとしてましたよ!

高級食パン専門店。本当に食パンしかない。整理券制らしいが、行った日は気温がとても高いこともあって、すんなり買えた(午前10時頃)。遅い時間だと売り切れになっていることがあるのかも。食パンは1本864円。普通の食パンと比較すると高いが、2斤あるのでそこまでめちゃくちゃ高いわけではない。買った当日は生食がおすすめということで、切ったそのままを食べてみたが、確かに柔らかくおいしいものの、なんか決め手に欠ける感じ。トーストにして水分を飛ばしたほうがおいしい気がする。食パンをおいしく食べる方法はトーストなんだなと再認識した。

美味しいパン屋さんです。季節ごとに限定パンが販売されます。今(12月)はどんだけカカオ。ホワイトチョコとベリーが練り込んであって美味しいです。予約しないと買えないので星4で。味は5です。

Great bread, and friendly staff. I do see that there is often a line, but was able to get some if their bread on a Sat morning. The bread is a bit on the heavy side and super soft. It is sweet, and was delicious as is, with butter, toasted, and toasted with butter. Another thing that was great is the caramelized toast they had. Nice snack for kids! I'll post again after I try their raisin bread.
