一つ確実に問題だと言えるのは、レジの女性店員の態度の悪さ。
近くで叩き売りしてる店の女性店員も基本タメ口で似たような物ですけど、そっちは陽気なたタメ口、こっちは陰気なタメ口。
やる気なさそーーに、のーーったりと、面倒くさそーーに処理していく感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全てが中途半端。すしのウニが全部黒いのを見た時はミョウバン使ってて最初からアレはないでしょう・・と。自家製シメサバも旨い時としめ過ぎ、浅すぎと安定しない。たまに珍しいものがあると買います。接客は勝田より全然良いので点数を同じにしましたが、超えるようにこちらを応援したくなるネタと価格を頑張ってください。震災後に閉店した高級鮮魚の魚清さんが長年続けてきた中野駅近くの立地なので、良いネタを特に今はコロナで業務用激減してダブついているので、いわゆる高級食材を販売出来るはずです。付加価値をつけましょう！
