当然の事かもしれませんが、自分の目で見て〔これは！〕という鮮魚を仕入れる。だから本当に美味しい。
それと、朝からずっと立ち仕事で店主は膝の調子があまりよくないそうです。でも、毎日元気に声出して頑張っている。
専門店ならではの、こだわり。
個人店ならではの、ふれあい。
この商店街しか味わえない、この魚勝さんでしか味わえない。
そういうものが、ここにはあると思います。

「塩鮭の切り身を買ってきてくれ何でもいーから」、とお使いを頼まれ「スーパーの切り身じゃ貧相かもしれない。どこで買おう？」と頭を巡らせ思い出したのが、こちらのお店。
厚くて立派な切り身でした。
お魚屋さんは多少なりともニオイがあるのですが、ここは何か香ばしいような良い香りがしました。
夕方前でもお客さんは私の他に一人二人とやってきます。
阿佐ヶ谷パールセンター内は昔ながらのお店がどんどん畳んでしまいましたが、魚勝さんはずっと続けて欲しいです。

築地や豊洲に行くより目利きのおじさんが仕入れた魚をここに買いに来た方が労力がかからず、味も確かです。普段使いにはちょっと高いかな。でも払う価値はあります。むしろ質を考えれば安いと思います。ちょっとした祝い事の際など使わせて頂いています。
The sashimi is delicious. I have never felt the fishy smell of sashimi here.
Rather than going to Tsukiji or Toyosu, it's easier and more reliable to come here to buy fish procured by a connoisseur. Is it a little expensive for everyday use? But it's worth the money. Rather, I think it is cheap considering the quality. I use it for small celebrations.
