開田でも高根よりにあるため木曽福島から開田に入ると手前にある蕎麦処に客が入店してしまいいつも空いてます。味は開田の手打蕎麦屋ではそこそこで可もなく不可もなしです。コロナ禍ではお勧めです。

乱切り蕎麦が開田高原らしい あっさりつゆで1枚でも十分な量です 味はいたって普通で特徴がありません。

単純に蕎麦があまり美味しくなかった。麺の太さがバラバラ過ぎて茹で過ぎな麺と茹でが足らない麺が混在して食感が微妙です。 天ざるを頼みましたが、天麩羅は極めてオーソドックスな種類。立地的にはもう少し山菜や川魚等の天麩羅だと嬉しい。まぁ観光客のワガママですね。

土曜日のお昼に伺いました。いい加減の混み具合のなか、ざる蕎麦を大変おいしくいただきました。スタッフも親切、丁寧な接客でした。みなさんもぜひどうぞ!

長野県内の蕎麦屋さんを食べ歩いて20年、開田エリアでは私好みのざるそばです。乱切りで少し太めのそば切りは、開田の実の特徴を活かした、香り豊かで食べ応えある逸品かと思います。つゆは好みによると思いますが、天ぷらも◎。

昼2時前に入りました。すいていました。混雑時でなく店員さんに余裕があるのでお客さんと話しながらお茶をもってきたりこちらは1人でしたのでわかりますが対応が良くないと一瞬で感じました。新しいお客さんには行列時には席選べませんよって言い、今は自由に選べますって、いかにも普段行列ができて自慢したいかのような振る舞いでやはりここでも疑問が。お盆時期等このあたりは大混雑し普段は人気店だとは思いますがそれを自慢するかのような振る舞い。何も知らずに入った自分は感じ悪く思います。そばは美味しいですが、価格設定が高めです、長野ですので美味しくて安い店はいくらでもあるし、高いなら高いなりの接客があるのでそこでギャップを感じる人は多いと思います。最後帰り際にありがとうございますって、すんなり言葉が出ないのでやはりここはいくら美味しくてももう二度と行きたくありません。いくら美味しくても次は コンビニのそば食べます。

店員さんが怖い。いらっしゃいませより先に「手の消毒お願いします!」と…びっくりしました。 店内も静かすぎるし、何よりお蕎麦の風味が全然なくて切り方も雑、底に短い蕎麦か沢山でした。

他の方も書かれていますが、蕎麦の太さが違いすぎます。細いものは箸で持てないほど柔くて切れてしまいます。価格を忘れてしまいましたが、天ぷらざる蕎麦(2枚盛)で2千円近くしたと思います。山中の価格としても、クオリティに対して高すぎと感じました。低価格で乱切りそばを提供する富士そばの方が美味しいです。長野の山中にあるんだから美味し蕎麦屋!と期待した私が悪かったのかもしれません。
