お任せ3600円。前日予約制のお刺身盛り合わせは美味しくてお得です。二人で日本酒飲んで18000円程でした。

コロナ緊急事態宣言の中でお邪魔しました。
すべて早めの予約制で、
ネットからの空席を調べて予約しました。
現在は
つまみ、握り8貫8000円、10貫10000円、12貫12000円のお任せ三コースのみです。
感染対策はかなりこだわっています。
この日は３組で飛沫パネル、
席の空間も広いです。
入口は半分開けてますので、入口近くは足元が寒いです。

やはりカウンターに座って食べるのが一番美味しいが、3人以上だと小上がり席になってしまう。
ここはあと日本酒がいろいろな種類を置いてある。
店主のこだわりで旨い酒を探してきている。
刺身盛りは前日までの予約時に頼むと安くてとてもお得。
握りは殆どの人がお任せ握りを注文する。
その後にもう少し食べたい物を追加するが、シメは是非干瓢巻きを食して欲しい。
店主曰く干瓢の仕込みは兎に角大変で、もっと手を抜く事も出来るが、絶対に手を抜かないので大変。いつも憂鬱になるけど頑張って仕込んでいるそう。
また、ここの玉子焼きは本物の江戸前なので、今では他ではあまり出せない味。手間をかけている。
店主が本気で鮨を握っているお店です。

店主と奥さんもとても優しい方で、そのお二方が提供するお料理は別格です。
コロナ対策もしっかりされていて、安心して行けます。こんな時期だからこそ、美味しいものを食べたい時にはこちらに来ます！
