電話でテイクアウトメニューが1人前1900円2200円ぐらい4400円ぐらいということを知るが、桶だと3人前6000円の一つ提示だったのでそちらをオーダ。
すると並ネタ、テイクアウトメニューの案内もなかったのが残念。
近隣に最近できた人気店が店内とテイクアウトで勝負しているので古くからのお店には頑張っていただきたいが、テイクアウトや出前店じゃないから工夫の観点難しいのかな。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外見がとても粋な鮨店でした。ランチ1100円は安いと入ってにぎり寿司を頂きました。板さんはいかにも職人さん！茶碗蒸しと味噌汁がついて安いと思いました。十数人の団体さんが賑やかで落ち着かなかつたのは残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お正月明け、夕食時に久しぶりに来訪。今回は掘りごたつのお座敷でゆっくりと。お造り、握り、巻寿司をそれぞれ好きに頼んで堪能。安くはないが鮨の満足感を考えればお値打ちだと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は、久しぶりに家族でお寿司を食べに行こうということになり、以前から気になっていたこちらのお店に訪問。
コロナ禍ということで、時間短縮営業をしており、20時までの営業でした。
アルコールは、19時までの提供ということで、ゆっくり時間をかけてコースを食べたかったのですが、時間に追われるのが嫌なので、この日は、お得な握り盛り合わせ＋細巻きのセットを注文。
私は、にぎり10貫＋細巻き1本の盛り合わせをお願いしました。
どの握りも熟練の技で美味しく頂きました。
特に、以下のものがオススメ。
マグロの中トロはトロける美味しさで、仕入れを厳選していることが分かります。
アナゴもほどよい甘さのあるタレとベストマッチで、口の中で美味しさが広がります。
カニ、イカ等の定番は安定して美味しさ。
イクラも粒がしっかりしており、2-3特グレードの国産のものだというのが分かります。
ウニも生ウニを使用しているとのこと。
アラカルトで、釣り金目鯛、ヤリイカのつまみを注文。
釣り金目鯛は、北海道ものとは、違いますが、新鮮で品質の良いものでした。
ヤリイカは、ちょうど良い旨味が出ている味加減。
イワシの握りも注文。
大きめなイワシは、食べ応え十分ですね。
白エビの握りも新鮮かつ旨味があり、満足の逸品。
息子は、活車海老を注文。
見るからにプルプル感があります。
ドリンクは、日本酒を何杯か注文。
やっぱり、寿司には日本酒が合いますね。
おつまみでエシャロットも注文。
これまた日本酒に合いますね。
お会計は、3人で税込2万円くらいでした。
都心で、1人3万円とかを考えるとコスパが良いですね。
今度はコースまたは、アラカルトで注文したいと思います。

At à la carte, I ordered fishing gold snapper and squid knobs.
The fishing Kinmedai was different from the one in Hokkaido, but it was fresh and of good quality.

お寿司はいつも高級店に行っていたのでこちらは正直おいしくないです。特にウニ…出してはダメです。それに玉子もイマイチ。。天ぷらはカリっと揚がってるけど何だか箸が進まず油が新しくないのかなと思ってしまいました。全体的に鮮度が落ちてる感が否めなかった。

平日ランチ。
こちらのお店はオシャレでカジュアルめで、入りやすくて嬉しい。
カウンターと畳テーブル席が３つかな。
久しぶりだったので、コースを食べてみようかと思ったら、1時まで入店の方との事。
でも、今回注文したおまかせにぎりでお腹いっぱい☆
美味しかった。
次回はお腹をもっとすかせて、コースに挑戦してみたい。
