今の味は？
私が食べた時は、大盛りが無く、カレーが無かったのか、売り切れだったのか？で、ボリュームに掛けましたが、豚臭いスープが☺️
又食べたくなり、土曜日なら！と、２回行きましたが…
新井では大した事のない雪でしたが、下が大変だったせいなの⁉︎ と思いましたが、これを見てf^_^;
土日が休みなんですね?

直江津の「WITH」に運営スタイルが近いですね。
まずオーダー時に料金を支払い着席します。

ここのラーメンはこの近くにあった「横田」というお店の味を受け継いでいます。
私はこの辺の土地勘がないので知らなかったのですが、
昔この近くに横田肉店という精肉店があって、その精肉店がのちに店の隣でラーメン店を始めました。
その肉屋もラーメン屋も現在は店を閉めてしまったのですが、店主がそのラーメンのレシピをこのお店に伝授したそうです。
スープは豚ガラベース。
あっさりというより結構しっかり豚の旨味が出ています。
カレーライスはこのラーメンスープのベースとなる豚ガラスープが使われており、それがコクとなっております。
パフェはスジャータの好きなアイスにチョコかストロベリーソースをかけたもの。
アイスの下にコーンフレークの層があるだけなので、パフェというよりはデザートアイスというふうに捉えておくといいと思います。
ここは社協や老人憩いの家が入っているので高齢者の方が多かったです。

The ramen here inherits the taste of a shop called "Yokota" that was nearby.
I didn't know because I didn't know the land around here,
There used to be a butcher shop called Yokota Meat Shop near here, and that butcher shop later started a ramen shop next to the shop.
Both the butcher and the ramen shop have closed now, but the owner told this shop the recipe for the ramen.
The soup is based on pork.
The taste of pork is rather strong rather than light.
Curry rice uses pork soup, which is the base of this ramen soup, and that is the richness.
The parfait is Sujata's favorite ice cream with chocolate or strawberry sauce.
There is only a layer of corn flakes under the ice cream, so it's better to think of it as dessert ice cream rather than a parfait.
There were many elderly people here because there are social councils and homes for the elderly to relax.

レジで注文精算し、食券をもらって着席します。お冷を持ってきてくれるスタッフさんに半券を渡して待ちましょう。
ラーメンは昔懐かし風なスタイル。きちんと作られてる感もあり600円はお値打ちだと思います。醤油だしのうどんつゆラーメンやカレーもあります。テイクアウトのまかないチャーハンも美味しそうでした。
お昼時はいきいきプラザの利用者さんや近隣にある市役所からお客さんがくるようで混み合っています。
土日はおやすみです。

Ramen is a nostalgic style. I think that 600 yen is a good value because it feels like it is made properly. There are also soy sauce-dashi udon soup ramen and curry. The fried rice with take-out meals also looked delicious.
At noon, it is crowded with customers from the lively plaza users and the nearby city hall.
