★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用しました。混んでいたが、会計から料理、片付けまで一人でやっていた。お金を触ったり客が使ったおしぼりや皿を下げる時も素手だったが手を洗う様子は無く、、衛生面が心配です。料理提供も40分程待たされたので、頑張ってるのはわかるのですが注文や後片付けをする人をもう一人雇った方がいいと思います。
I used it for lunch. It was crowded, but I was alone from accounting to cooking and tidying up. When I touched the money or lowered the hand towels and dishes used by the customers, I used to use my bare hands, but I didn't seem to wash my hands, so I'm worried about hygiene. I had to wait about 40 minutes to serve the food, so I know I'm doing my best, but I think it's better to hire another person to order and clean up.

日本酒どれも美味しいですが、陽の鳥めちゃくちゃ美味しかった！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店は広くはないですが、大将１人で料理を作っているので、あれぐらいの広さが目も届いていいのかな？って感じです。
値段も高すぎず安すぎずで、味はいい仕事してるな～っていう満足な美味しさです。
料理ごとに取り皿も出してくれるし、女性店員さんも気配りがしっかりしていると思いました。
大将の出身と好みもあるのか、
秋田の日本酒でもちょっと変わった名前のお酒が揃えてあります。もちろん秋田以外の日本酒も置いてありますし、いい勉強になります。
今のところ特にオススメの料理は
カツオのわら焼き！
(塩で食べるのが美味しい)
どて焼き！
(食べた後に残った味噌でご飯を入れてリゾットな感じで食べるのが最高✨大将に言えば作ってくれます。)
だしやき！
(スフレのような感じですが、目の前で作ってくれます。出汁の味も優しく、湯葉の入ったあんかけがまた美味しく最高です。)

ランチメニューの中から 鯛めしランチとスズキ塩麹焼きランチを注文！
味はとっても美味しい！お味噌汁も出汁がきいていて私達好みでした。
お肉メニューもあったので、なんとも言えませんが、少し足りない感じでした。
千円のお値段なので、仕方無いのですが
? 私が食いしん坊だからかも……。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで何度か使わせてもらっていたが、ようやく夜の部におじゃまできた。個々の品にいちいち一手間かけてあって、とても美味しい。食べてるだけで楽しい気分になってくる。ごちそうさまでした。
