華	華水木 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていたお店なので、お試しに、デリバリーで焼き餃子と大葉焼き餃子を注文。 Uberで、アツアツの状態で届きました。配達員さんが急いで届けてくれたようです。お味の方は、あくまで好みの問題ですが、自分には味が濃かったです。初めに、餃子に何も付けずに食べてみましたが、味がしっかり付いていて「濃いわぁ」が感想。自分の餃子の食べ方は、タレは酢醤油＆辣油の他、ゆず胡椒を付けたりするので、餃子自体にあまり味付けしていない、素材の味と旨みが感じられる程度の味付けが好みです。自分としては残念でしたが、濃い味がお好きな方には、宜しいかと思います。 It's a shop I've always been interested in, so I ordered grilled dumplings and perilla grilled dumplings by delivery as a trial. Y	Yoshikt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から行きたかった葛西にある餃子の美味しいと言われている「独一処餃子」さん。トクイッショギョウザと読み、中国語で「同じものが二つとない」という意味が転じて「唯一、ここでしか食べられない美味しい餃子」を意味しているという。ご主人は中国の東北地方、ハルピン出身で日本人の母親を持ち39年前に来日したという。故郷ハルピンの餃子を日本の方に食べてほしいという想いからお店を出したようです。本場同様、具材にはニンニクは使わず、白菜、豚肉を中心にネギ、生姜を加えることでさっぱりとした後味となっている。ランチタイムに伺ったので、イチオシの「焼き餃子定食」605円(税込み)を注文しました。待つこと10分ほどで定食(餃子、コーンスープ、半ライス、搾菜、杏仁豆腐）が運ばれてきました。餃子を食べた瞬間、口中にさっぱりとした肉汁があふれてまるでスープを飲んでいるような感じです。具材を包み込んでいる皮はもちもちとしていて厚めで食べ応えがあります。最後に食べた杏仁豆腐も美味しくて、もっと早く来ればよかったと思う。 "Gyoza dumplings", which is said to be delicious dumplings in Kasai that I've always wanted to visit. 優	優勝グルメゴリラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べログ評価点が高い餃子店。めちゃくちゃ気になっててついに訪問。日曜ランチに予約なしで訪問しました。1階のカウンターは回転早いものの満席、2階席に案内されましたがこちらもほぼ満席。地元の家族連れと思しき方々で賑わってます。ラーメン定食と単品の特製黒炒飯を注文しました。めちゃくちゃ美味い。最高かよ…って感じ。量もしっかりあり少し余してしまったのですがお持ち帰り容器も無料でいただけてハッピー！また来たいです！ご馳走様でした！今度は他の単品中華や餃子の別種類を制覇したいですね A dumpling shop with a high tabelog rating.
