★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトの処方で信じられないぐらい待たされます。処方箋が切れた場合のみコンタクト屋さんから案内されて行くのに、眼鏡を持参しなかったらキレられました笑
普段から持ち歩いてるわけないでしょう、コンタクト使用してるんですから…
しかも特に眼鏡を使用して何かするわけでもないですし。
予約優先は分かるけどコンタクト処方は予約不可で2時間待ち、自分の診察は20秒、さらに受付の態度は悪いという。通う理由がアクセスしかないんですよね。
コンタクト屋に罪はないけど通うの辞めます。理不尽しかない。

I understand that reservations are prioritized, but contact prescriptions cannot be reserved and I wait for 2 hours, my consultation is 20 seconds, and the receptionist's attitude is bad. The only reason to go is access.
I'm not guilty of a contact shop, but I quit going. It's just unreasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長と技師の方は皆感じよく、話をよく聞いてくれます。が、代診にあってしまうと最悪。人の話も途中で遮るし、真剣に診察する気なし。来院するなら、電話で確認してから行った方がいいです。
The director and the engineers are all pleasant and listen to the story. However, it is the worst when it comes to a substitute medical examination. I interrupt people's stories on the way, and I don't feel like going to see them seriously. If you come to the hospital, you should check by phone before you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診の眼圧検査と視力検査されるのは分かるが、再診するとき視力検査は要らなければ受付で言って下さいってオカシイ。
普通再診なら診察して必要性があるなら眼圧・視力検査をするべきだろうがただの再診でなぜまたやる必要性があるのか謎。
診察は丁寧で優しい先生なだけに残念。
院内は綺麗だが待合室は狭い。
I understand that the intraocular pressure test and the visual acuity test will be done at the first visit, but if you don't need the visual acuity test when you return, please tell me at the reception.
Normally, if you have a re-examination, you should have a medical examination and if you need it, you should have an intraocular pressure / visual acuity test, but it is a mystery why you need to do it again with just a re-examination.
It is a pity that the examination is a polite and kind teacher.
The hospital is clean, but the waiting room is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日開いているのはありがたいが、高圧的な医者で非常に不愉快だった。(後で受付で確認したところ代診のI先生とのこと)
休日診察で忙しいのは理解出来ますが、あからさまに態度に出して、医者というより人として残念な方です。二度とこちらでは受診しません。
Thankfully it's open on Sundays, but it was very unpleasant for a high-pressure doctor. (When I confirmed it later at the reception desk, it was Mr. I, who was a substitute doctor.)
It's understandable that I'm busy with holiday consultations, but I'm disappointed as a person rather than a doctor because of my outright attitude. I will never see you here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生活保護世帯で医療券を役所から直送してもらっていたのですが、まだ届いておらず受診ができませんでした。基本どこの病院も割とそこの融通が利いていたのでショックでしたが、まあそれは自分の不手際なので仕方ないとして…待合室でたくさんの人がいるにもかかわらず、場所を移動する訳でもなく席で割と大きな声で話されて居た堪れなかったです。保護世帯で医療券受診はただでさえ忍びない気持ちで普段は医療の受診はギリギリまで控えているのですが、今回は子供のことだったので受診せざるを得ませんでした。ですが、あのような公開処刑のようなことをされると、正直ここの病院には次は来ようと思いません。もう少し配慮があって欲しかったです。

久々に処方箋をもらいに行ったのですが、私は眼鏡が必要とは言われませんでした。
受付のお姉さんは「久々の受診です」と伝えたら丁寧に対応してくれたし、視力検査等をしてくださるお姉さんは笑顔ではきはきしていて、都度質問にも丁寧に答えていただけるので終始安心できました。次も同じ人に担当してほしいと思うくらい話しやすかったです。
・カウンセリングをしながらの視力検査等
・2weekと1day、2種類のコンタクト処方箋
・お試しで付けさせてもらった新しいコンタクト
（付けたまま帰ってOK）
・先生の診察
私は上記の内容でしたが、他と比べて値段は高いとは感じませんでした。
むしろ沢山質問して検査もしてもらって安過ぎないか心配になったくらいです。
人気エリアの駅直結ビルなので立地がいいため、人は多く待ち時間はあります。
事前予約が可能なようなので待ち時間で嫌になってしまう方は予約システムを活用してみることをおすすめします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネが合わないため、メガネの処方箋を作りに行きましたが、技師の方の検査の腕は良かったです。多少度が強いメガネになりましたが、すごくよく見えます。ただ初診料が高いのと、先生の診察では必ず目薬が２種類処方されるので、追加でお金がかかります。要らない人は不要と言った方がよいでしょう。
立地の良さから患者が減ることはないので、多少乗せてる感はあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクト継続購入と併せて普段眼について不安に感じることを診てもらいたく受付でそのように記入。いざ診察すると先生には今日は処方が目的なんだからそんな診察はできない、わかりますよね？と一蹴。では大丈夫ですというと、どうしてだめなのかわかりますよね、と謎に威圧的に説明され不思議な気持ちになった。
受付や視力を測って下さる女性スタッフの皆さんは優しくて説明も明瞭で信頼できます。
I would like to see if I usually feel uneasy about my eyes along with the continuous purchase of contacts. When you see the doctor, you can't do that because the purpose is to prescribe it today, right? And kicked. Then, when I said that it was okay, I was intimidated by the mystery that I could understand why it wasn't working, which made me feel strange.
