★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本場のニシンそば期待したのですが、水が悪いのでしょうか、地元のほうがおいしかった。そば茶、そば共に独特のえぐみあり。店のお兄さんは丁寧な良い方でした。
 I expected the genuine herring soba, but the local water was better, whether the water was bad. Soba tea and soba have unique peculiarities. The store's brother was a polite and good person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ にしんそばと親子丼を食べました。お出汁が美味しく、卵も丁度よく、にしんもおいしかったし、ここで食べてよかった☺️って思いました☺️
I ate Shinsoba and Oyakodon. The soup was delicious, the eggs were just right, the herbs were delicious, and I thought it was good to eat here ☺️

細い麺で汁がよくからみ美味しかったです
もう少し甘さ控えめでも良いかもです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺は丁度良いくらいの細切りで比較的コシが有る打ち方。山芋は細かな泡がフワフワと、鰹風味の出汁と合わさり、麺と絡まって滑らかに口に滑り込む。残った山芋と出汁を飲み干しても旨い。
The noodles are finely chopped and relatively chewy. The fine bubbles of yam combine with the fluffy and bonito-flavored soup stock, entwined with the noodles, and slide smoothly into your mouth. It is delicious to drink the remaining yam and soup stock.

すごく美味しかったです。
昔ながらの雰囲気があるお店で、お値段も600円くらいでした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり長いことやっていそうなお蕎麦屋。たまたま見つけたので入りましたが、落ち着ける空間でした。蕎麦は細麺であっさりしている感じです。地元のご年配に愛されているようなお店。
A soba restaurant that seems to have been doing for quite a long time. I happened to find it, so I entered, but it was a calm space. Soba is thin noodles and feels light. A shop that is loved by the local elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し遅めの昼食でしたがちらほらお客さんが出入りしていました。店内とても落ち着きのある雰囲気で好印象。にしん蕎麦を注文。にしんは濃すぎず、蕎麦は細め、出汁はとても優しい味で全体的に店内同様落ち着きのある味で美味しかったです。食事後、外に出て「はぁぁ～～」と満足の声が出ちゃいましたよ☺️
良い意味で全てが主張しないところがハマりました。近くに来たら必ず寄りますね。ご馳走さまでした。
It was a little late lunch, but there were a lot of customers coming and going. The inside of the store has a very calm atmosphere and a good impression. I ordered herring soba. The herring was not too thick, the soba was thin, and the soup stock had a very gentle taste, and the overall taste was as calm as in the store. After the meal, I went out and got a satisfying voice saying "Hah ~~" ☺️
I was addicted to the fact that not everything insists in a good way. If you come near, you will definitely stop by. It was a feast.
