は	はるちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝食を取りたくて今日初めて行きました先客が１人、支払いに手間取っていてなかなか会計が終わりませんでした　レジは一台。もたついていて別の女の店員がやってきたので、てっきり注文を聞いてくれるのかと思いきや！そのもたついている客の対応を横から見ているだけ。なんとか会計が終わりそうなのを確認してすっと奥へ行ってしまいました。　この店だけではないですが、ここはレジが3台と手前にも１台あるにも関わらずなんで開けないの？？　何か開けれない理由があるなら一言もう少しお待ちくださいとか待ってる客への気配りとかして欲しいです。私が並んでずっと待ってるの見えてないのかと思いました。スマイル0円以前に気配りできる店員教育して欲しいです。全く客は待たしておいたらいい、と言う考えいい加減に止めて欲しいですね。その後もお待たせしました、の一言もなくほんとに朝から気分悪かったです。たまたま他県から通りがかりで入っただけなのでもう2度と行くことはないですが最悪でした。 I went for the first time today because I wanted to have breakfast There was one customer, and it took a lot of time to pay, so it was difficult to finish the accounting. I've kept you waiting after that, and I was really sick from the morning without a word. I just happened to pass by from another prefecture, so I'll never go there again, but it was the worst.
し	しょう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が厳しめでした。怒ってるんかなって感じ。こっちはトロトロしてないし、ちゃんと受け答えしてるのに、何か当たりがキツかった。初めて利用したんですけどね。よく利用してて毎回トロトロしてるなら分かるけど、その態度の意味が分からないです。 The customer service was strict. I feel like I'm angry. 川	川崎シンジ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回に来訪したさい、テイクアウトで15分待たされました。ドリンクはホルダーに入れていないため、途中で倒れ、ホットケーキは蓋がなく底を重ねてテープで止められていました。あまりになので、本部にメールさせていただいたところ、お詫びと改善のメールが届きました。またお店の責任者からも連絡をいただき、返金の申し出がありましたが、改善だけをお願いしました。今回も同じものを注文しましたが、3分ほどで用意され、ドリンクもホルダーに入っていました。前回ならば星１つですが、すぐに改善されたことは評価できると思います。今後もこちらを利用させていただきたいと私は思います。 When I visited last time, I had to wait 15 minutes for takeout. Kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて烏丸御池店を利用しました。いつも滋賀の郊外店ばかり利用しているためか、都会の店舗の違いに驚きました。テーブル席は2つ3つで、あとはカウンター席で埋め尽くされてます。京都ならではなのか、鰻の寝床のように細長い印象。ウェイティングが長くなると、居心地は悪いかも。席は間仕切りで、コロナの感染予防対策されていました。奥の厨房は広いようです。 I used the Karasuma Oike store for the first time.
