ち	ち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直言って最悪でした。事前にSUUMOを見て気に入った物件があり、こちらが取り扱っているということで予約を入れて訪問。予約した〇〇です。と伝え席に案内され待っていると、△△様ですか？と。〇〇ですともう一度伝え、用紙を記入して待つ。そこにもちゃんと名前は〇〇と記入。一度先程のスタッフが用紙を回収しに来た後、別のスタッフが来て(おそらく上司？)△△様ではないですよね？と。さっきから〇〇だと言っているし、用紙にも名前を記載しているのに何なんだこいつらは…とだんだんイライラしてくる。でも仕方がないので待っていると向こうも諦めたのか、やっと接客に。ちなみに、事前に予約確認のメールも来ていて、この物件が見たいですという希望も書いていました。にも関わらず、1からヒアリング、この希望にあった物件探しますね〜と。予約した意味は何なのか？希望を伝えていたのだから用意しておくのがプロではないのか？と不信感しかない状態。いくつか候補を持ってきてもらい、その中に事前に連絡した見たい物件があったので、これが見たくて予約したんですけど…と伝えると、あー今日すぐには見られないんですよねえ…と。話にならないので、もう結構ですと帰りました。こちらは貴重な休みを使って予約してわざわざ店舗に伺っているのに、最初から最後までガッカリでした。2度と使いません。オススメしません。 To be honest, it was the worst.
