相手が若い・初めての一人暮らしと知ると、こちらの無知を良いことに値段に対して最低ランクと思われる部屋を紹介されました。
さらに、他の方のレビューにもありますが、入居後の対応が良くありません。
内見のときにはなかったのですが、入居当日に部屋に黒ずみや虫の死骸がありました。
他にも住む上で問題が発生した際に問い合わせたのですが、電話の対応が最悪でした。
電話を取った女性に相談するも、「はぁ…」と分かったのか分かってないのか曖昧な返答、
そのあと通話を代わった担当者は怒ったような口調、通話を終了する際に向こうからガチャ切り。
細かいことですが、これが一般的な営業職の接客のやり方なのでしょうか？
近年はスマホアプリで部屋を探せる時代。
中には釣り物件もありますが、向こうから紹介される部屋なんかより数段上の部屋を見つけることができます。
おかげで今は別の不動産会社経由で、値段以上のとても良い部屋に住まわせていただいてます。
後日、用事があってその部屋の近くを通ったとき、既に新しい人が入居されてるようでした。
私と同じような思いをされていないか心配です。

It's a small detail, but is this the general way of serving customers in the sales position?
In recent years, you can search for a room with a smartphone app.
There are some fishing properties, but you can find a room that is several steps higher than the room introduced from the other side.
Thanks to that, I am now living in a very good room that is more than the price, via another real estate company.
Later, when I had something to do and passed near the room, it seemed that a new person had already moved in.
I'm worried if I feel the same way as I do.

他は仲介手数料高いけどエイブルは半額で対応してくれた寺島さんはいい人
