★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔テレビで見てから一度行ってみたかったけど美味しいけど高級だったと記憶していて行ったことがありませんでした。たまたまランチ時間で近くのお店が貸し切りと書いてありこちらに寄りました。そこまで高くなく単品でも頼めるしセットも1500円前後でパスタやピザ等から選べます。ピザとパスタセットでシェアして食べました。ピザで有名なだけありピザとても美味しかったです。薄めでパリパリ!!遠方ですがまたココ目当てで行きたいです。
 I wanted to go there once after watching it on TV a long time ago, but I remembered that it was delicious but expensive, so I had never been there. It happened that a nearby shop was reserved for lunch and I stopped by. It's not that expensive and you can order it separately, and you can choose a set from pasta and pizza for around 1500 yen. I shared it with pizza and pasta set and ate it. As it is famous for pizza, the pizza was very delicious. It's thin and crispy !! It's far away, but I want to go here again.

１２：１０というのに空席が２・３あり。
ネットの評価が高かったので、この空き具合は、ちょっと不思議に思った。
メニューが運ばれて来たが本日のランチとかが分かりづらかったかなぁ。
結局、プチデザートのついている「薪と石ランチ（１，３２０円税別）」を注文。
先ず、豆腐のサラダが運ばれる。
写メ撮るのを忘れて、慌てて途中から撮る。
黄緑色のドレッシングも持って来たが、自分の口には合わなかった。
次は、ナスとフレッシュトマトのスパゲティ。
初めから２つの皿に盛られて来たのはグッド！
でも、にんにくの匂いもあまり感じられず味は自分には合わなかった。
そして、ピザ。
パンではなく、クリスピーなものだった。
やっぱり、味は自分の口には合わなかったかな。
美味しく食べるというより惰性で食べた感じ。
最後にプチアイスクリームが出て来ました。
もう少し値段が高くても黒舞茸のピザとかのセットメニューがあれば良かったのになぁ。

After all, I ordered "Firewood and stone lunch (1,320 yen plus tax)" with petit dessert.

Next is spaghetti with eggplant and fresh tomatoes.
It's good that it was served on two plates from the beginning!

薪と石さんも企画に参加されていましたので早速伺いました。
以下HPからの引用です。
南魚沼いいとこ竹弁当1760円税込。
もち豚ハンバーグ100ℊ×２個・菊芋コロッケ・なす味噌トロトロチーズのパイ包み・大黒舞茸の天ぷら・カポナータ・とろとろ豆乳プリンバナナグラッセ・ミネストローネ・サラダとボリューム満点の本気丼。
コロッケの菊芋は自社農園で無農薬・無化学肥料で栽培。
豆乳プリンは十日町の有名豆腐屋から豆乳を仕入れ笹川流れのニガリを使って店舗で仕上げました。バナナとカスタードソースにカリカリカラメリーゼがうれしい、罪悪感を払拭したデザート。
スタッフ全員で柏崎へ行き、青竹300kgから作られた竹の器からは、薪と石全員の思いが込められている。

ボリューム満点で健康的で大満足でした。

Mochi pork hamburger 100ℊ x 2 pieces, Jerusalem artichoke croquette, eggplant miso torotoro cheese pie wrap, Daikoku Maitake tempura, caponata, simmering soy milk pudding banana glasse, minestrone, salad and a hearty bowl.
Croquette Jerusalem artichokes are cultivated on our own farm with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Soymilk pudding was purchased from a famous tofu shop in Tokamachi and finished at the store using Sasagawa Nagare's bittern. A dessert that dispels guilt, with banana and custard sauce and crispy caramelize.
All the staff went to Kashiwazaki, and the bamboo bowl made from 300 kg of green bamboo is filled with the thoughts of all the firewood and stones.

It was full of volume, healthy and very satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A popular Italian restaurant that uses fresh locally grown produce. Lunch special is very cheap that included a fresh salad, small plate of spaghetti, pizza and dessert. Although atm there is no English menu Maki to Ishi is currently updating their website that will include an English menu. Highly recommend this restaurant and is now my new favourite. You can also buy local food to take home such as hemp nuts, hemp oil, garlic oil, salad dressing, pasta plus more.
