ここ「手打ちうどん むさし」は国道319号線道路沿いにある「マルナカ 琴平店」の西隣、「小出ビル」1Fにあり、「琴平パークホテル」の国道を挟んで向かいにあります。「手打ちうどん むさし」と書かれた黒地に白字と赤字の大きな看板も立ってるので直ぐに分かると思います。 駐車場はお店の前に5~6台分あります。 ここは今までも時々利用してましたが、他の方のクチコミ通り「カレーうどん」はルーがドロッとして、お勧めの美味しいうどんです。 しかし麺自体が結構美味しいので、私は「生じょうゆうどん」をよく注文してます。 本日は10:00開店の10分程前に到着。 お店の入口が国道側とマルナカ側に2ヵ所あり、マルナカ側の入口横にはうどんの食品サンプルが並んでます。 10:00開店と同時に入店。店内は結構広く奥行きもあり、カウンター席とテーブル席が数多くあります。少し店内は暗めですが、ガラス越しに店員さんが力強くうどんを打ったり、同じ太さに切ったりする作業が見られます。この時の音が店内に響き渡り、活気があります。 好きな席に着いて、今回もいつもと同じ「生じょうゆうどん(大)」と「おにぎり(2コ入り)」を頂きました。 ここはセルフ店ではなく、席まで運んで来てくれる一般店です。 注文してから席に運んで来てくれるまでの待ち時間が非常に短く、今回も直ぐに席まで運ばれて来ました。 「生じょうゆうどん(大)」ですが、最初からネギが入っており、大根おろしは別皿に盛られてます。 麺は中太より若干細いですが、艶々してエッジも綺麗です。ここに別皿の「大根おろし」を入れ、専用の生醤油を一周半程垂らします。思いっきりかき混ぜて一口啜ると、コシが強くて弾力がある美味しい麺です。生醤油も旨味があり、いつ来ても安定した美味しさです。最初「大根おろし」が少ないか?と思いましたが、少し辛かったので量的にはよかった事になります。欲を言えばカットレモンが付いて天かす、ネギが入れ放題だったら尚良かった…といつも思います。 とにかく喉越しも良く、食べ終わるまでしっかりしたコシと弾力のある美味しい麺です。 「おにぎり」は握りすぎでお米が潰れている事も無く、結構美味しいです。 ここは麺が結構美味しいので、私がいつも注文してる「生じょうゆうどん」や「カレーうどん」以外のメニューも美味しいと思います(この2種類以外のメニューをまだ注文した事が無いので…)。 次回は久しぶりに「カレーうどん」か、今まで注文した事のないメニューを頂いてみようと思います。
"Handmade Udon Musashi" is located on the 1st floor of "Koide Building" on the west side of "Marunaka Kotohira Store" along National Highway 319, across the national highway of "Kotohira Park Hotel". There is also a large sign in white and red on a black background that says "Handmade Udon Musashi", so you can easily see it. There are 5 to 6 parking lots in front of the shop. I've used it from time to time, but according to other people's reviews, "Curry Udon" is a delicious udon that I recommend as a roux. However, the noodles themselves are quite delicious, so I often order "Udon noodles". Arrived today about 10 minutes before the store opens at 10:00. There are two entrances to the shop, one on the national highway side and the other on the Marunaka side, and udon food samples are lined up next to the entrance on the Marunaka side. Entered at 10:00 when the store opened. The inside of the store is quite large and deep, and there are many counter seats and table seats. The inside of the shop is a little dark, but you can see the clerk striking udon noodles and cutting them to the same thickness through the glass. The sound at this time echoes throughout the store and is lively. I took my favorite seat and received the same "Original Udon (Large)" and "Onigiri (2 pieces)" as usual. This is not a self-service store, but a general store that brings you to your seat. The waiting time from ordering to being brought to the seat was very short, and this time as well, it was immediately brought to the seat. Although it is "Original Udon (Large)", it contains green onions from the beginning, and grated radish is served on a separate plate. The noodles are slightly thinner than the medium-thick noodles, but they are glossy and have beautiful edges. Put another plate of "Grated radish" here and add the special raw soy sauce for about a round and a half. When you stir it thoroughly and sip it, it is a delicious noodle that is strong and elastic. Raw soy sauce is also delicious and has a stable taste no matter when you come. Is there a small amount of "grated radish" at first? I thought, but it was a little painful, so the quantity was good. Speaking of greed, I always think that it would have been better if the cut lemon was attached to the tenkasu and the green onions were all-you-can-eat. Anyway, it's a delicious noodle that feels good in your throat and has firmness and elasticity until you finish eating. "Onigiri" is quite delicious because the rice is not crushed by too much grip. The noodles are quite delicious here, so I think the menus other than the "Naruyo Yudon" and "Curry Udon" that I always order are also delicious (because I haven't ordered any menu other than these two types yet ...). Next time, I'll try "Curry Udon" for the first time in a while, or a menu I've never ordered before.

ここのカレーうどんは秀逸です。 ここでは、カレーにごはん小を注文します。 カレーは甘めなので、七味を5~6回入れて食べます。 うどんを食べ終わるとルーが残るので ごはん投入、シメはカレーライスです。 これがまた抜群に旨いです。 おでんも美味しいので、おすすめします。
