C	Chihiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイバック（買い物カゴ）に直接商品を入れ、レジに行ったら、コメリの店員さんがいきなり「店内のカゴに入れて来てもらわなければ困ります。そのまま外に商品を持っていかれてもわからないじゃないですか。今度から店内のカゴに入れて持ってきてください。」と叱られました。コメリの店員さんは、客を教育するのでしょか。客が自分のカゴに商品をいれて万引きをすると思っているのでしょうか。だったら、その場合レジを通らないで外に出たら、警報がなるシステムを作ったらどうですか。同じホームセンターで、カインズの店員さんなら、マイカゴのままで商品をレジに通して、「ありがとうございました。」と言ってくれました。コメリの店員さんの態度は、通りの前にあるツルヤさんの店員と比べて、客に対する態度が180度ちがいますね。コメリさんでは、店員さんの接客方法の教育をする余裕もないと思いますが、そんな店員さんの態度では、いずれ経営状態が傾くでしょう。私はなるべく、カインズに行くようにします。嫌な思いはしたくはないので・・・・。 When I put the product directly in my bag (shopping basket) and went to the cash register, the Komeri clerk suddenly said, "I'm in trouble if I don't have the product in the basket inside the store.
